The room was a good size and very clean. The location is great and I enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood.

There was only one person working at the reception when I checked in. There was so many people checking in and asking questions, it took a long time to get to the front of the queue.

Nice views and great location. Very good breakfast.

Cleaning only every other day, not every day

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Location pleasant: Close to central Helsinki, but quiet. Clean

Room was pretty small and furniture was old. Payment terminals weren't working, so I had to go find an ATM. Pricey for what you got.

We paid when arriving, so when leaving at morning, we could just drop our room keys to a box. The location is very nice, half of the busses, trams and the metro stop right next to the hotel.

Got a parking ticket in their own garage after paying for the parking. Quite rediculous

Breakfast selection was much better than we expected. The only downside, as usually, is that breakfast is always the same, but it was not a problem here. Sauna every evening free of charge - great! Entrance to hotel - straight from airport bus. Other transport options - within few steps. Staff was very responsive - at first, we arrived much earlier amd we got to enter the room, but at the end they helped to hold our luggage at other hotel, closer to our next transport.

Interior of shared spaces is a bit oldschool, but that doesn't matter too much. Sauna hours could be longer :)

Clean, modern comfortable hotel in a convenient part of Helsinki. Super efficient and friendly staff who were very helpful. Excellent breakfast choice.

The room was very hot. I don’t think the air-conditioning was functioning properly and the windows were locked closed. Maybe a personal thing as we prefer cooler room temperatures especially overnight.

bed wasn´t so comfy and not so big for two adults. A teamaker in the room would have been nice for the price.Although we entered the breakfast room at 10.45am we couldn´t get juice and other things anymore after 11am although we haven´t quite finnished with our breakfast. The staff started to take everything away after 11am.

Perfect location, short walk or tram ride from most City Centre sights. Breakfast was amazing, a wide selection available! Room was simple but neat and slightly quirky! Staff very friendly at reception and at breakfast.

The room itself was not as clean and tidy as I would have expected. There were stains on chair and bed, marks on floor. The room lacked a fridge. Sometimes there seemed to be difficulty maintaining hot water in the shower. There was no toilet brush. Housekeeping was variable, sometimes would replace towels, sometimes not, regardless as to whether you hung them up as instructed! Towels were thin and sometimes appeared stained.

The breakfast and the atmosphere during it were the greatest we have ever experienced. Thank you for that (special thanks to Kride from the kitchen staff!) The location of the hotel is perfect because of the public transport (buses & trams + metro station and airport bur stop located less than 20m away!)

The room could have a been slightly warmer (we Central Europeans are not used to Scandinavian cold) – we tried to use the air conditioner panel on the wall, but it did not want to go upper than 22.

CRM system seems to be quite laggy so checking in and out took some time.
