Monipuolinen hyvä ja runsas aamiainen

Πολύ καλό άνετα δωμάτια άριστο προσωπικό τα κορίτσια στη ρεσεψιόν ευγενικά και πρόθυμα με το χαμόγελο πάντα.Εκαναν ότι ήταν δυνατό να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι και να χρειάστηκαμε

Näppärä sijianti, koska iltatapahtumani oli oopperassa, vain pari ratikkapysäkkiä, erittäin toimivaa. Hieman hämmentävä rakennuskokonaisuus, aikansa kuva, mutta kaikki toimi ihan ok. Nostalgista kantaa mukana oikeaa avainta. Aamiainen ihan ok, vaikka lihapullannäköiset olikin jotain ärhäköitä kasvispalleroita (opastekyltti puuuttui). Muuten ihan monipuolinen aamiaispöytä ja hyvät, tuoreet sämpylät.

Aamiaisen kasvispallerot. Pistorasiat hankalissa paikoissa. Huone melko pieni ja kuuma, mutta onneksi ikkunan sai auki. Hieman nukkavieru yleistunnelma, mutta ei se oikeastaan oleskelua häirinnyt.

Śniadania w weekend i piątek od godz. 8. Byłyśmy akurat na weekend i z wykupionych trzech śniadań skorzystałyśmy tylko raz. Jak to na CityBreak, nie ma spania do późna tylko wszystko z rana, pociąg do Turku czy statek do Tallina. Rzadko spotykam się ze śniadaniem w porze późniejszej niż 7.

Muito perto da porta dos corredores (dava para ouvir qualquer um saindo e entrando), banheiro com cortina e, PRINCIPALMENTE, fiz o check out antes do horário da recepção começar e por isso deixei a chave no local combinado. Horas depois recebo um email dizendo que não deixei a chave e que seria cobrada 40 euros caso não devolvesse. Fiquei super nervosa porque eu tinha deixado a chave. Mandei email na hora respondendo e nada. Mandei mensagem pelo booking e nada. Só no dia seguinte que eles me responderam que foi um engano e que acharam a chave. Custava me avisar logo que encontraram? Não tiveram qualquer problema em me mandar um email dizendo que cobrariam 40 euros. Desrespeitoso com o cliente!

部屋で出たゴミを集積所まで自分で捨てに行くのは、日本のホテルでは考えられない。でもそういう物かと思えばなんでもない。

バスやトラムの乗り場が近い。夜中は静かにすることを周知しているので、騒音なく静かに寝れる。使い放題のキッチンがある。セキュリティーがしっかりしてるけど、複雑な方法ではないので安心。シャワーの圧と温度が最高。

タオルは言わないと交換してもらえないらしい。

Staff and breakfast were lovely, room was quiet and sheets felt nice and clean, beds were comfy and we had a very good sleep. Location was good and possibility to book an undercover parking was nice too.

Dated, looks like nothing has been updated for 25 years, I was booking in a rush and felt like a photo with tall windows was very misleading, I was expecting something more modern and hotel-like. Very authentic basic Finnish style apartment though.

We very love it!!! the room was surprisingly spacious and clean. there were many closets and a large bed, plus a couch. there were dark curtains in front of the windows, plus very nice sliding doors. the kitchen had everything. definitely recommend for families with children!!

A little distance from centre and harbour if you would like to walk. But trams around and cheap 24hrs ticket so by tram 5 min from the city

The place is a little far from the city center so you have to take a bus or tram to get there. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room I got is clean, unfortunately there is no shampoo provided so I had to buy at the supermarket near there. The breakfast is nice and I love the sauna!

The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast for myself was limited but my husband enjoyed the breakfast. Excellent location.

No mat to step on for coming out of the shower. It was not easy to dry the pools of water on the floor after the shower.

Great location, easy access to the city center by public transport, shop 5 minutes on foot. There is a sauna! Good breakfast and nice interior of the breakfast area.

Comfortable and cozy room, very friendly staff. Super great location, close to downtown, but still away from tourists crowds. You can feel real Helsinki life. Close to the sea. Check the yacht port nearby and its seaside cafe.

Sober interior, clean and functional. Good breakfast variety, many amenities available. Staff is friendly.

Room interior is a bit dated. Doors slam quite hard if you're not careful.

The hotel staff is professional and friendly. The apartments are very spacious, bright and clean. Going back to the hotel and taking a sauna after a whole day is relaxing. The breakfast they offer is very good and complete. I will surely keep it in mind on my next visit to Helsinki.
