Staff, wonderful service. Staff are definitely bring up the reputation of IBis

We reckon that toothbrush, slippers and mineral water shall be basic items to be provided but they are not.

Staff were very accommodating and spoke excellent English

Ibis rooms are modern and well designed with plenty of power outlets, usb plugs, good bathroom etc

Though small the room was comfortable, clean and the furnishings were new and above all the bed was comfortable.

Good breakfast and nice atmosphere on the breakfast room (acting as bar on evening). Best location! All busses and trains - just a few steps. Rooms are quiet and maybe even a bit cold (good for sleeping) - but during summer very hot, no aircondition.

Nothing to complain. The "restaurant" is actually a pub but does serve good pizza and some small foods. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. But if you are tired, hotel pub-restaurant takes care of the needs.

Position just infront of the train station. Good standard quality from Ibis and easy receptionist helped to find a good restaurant. In general a good location at an affordable price for Switzerland.

Everything was great except for gang of people who partied outside ibis and made a noise every night for the whole 11 days we were there. No coffer or tea in room.
