The size and comfort of the room was exceptional. Besides the tidiness and cleanliness of all the facilities was wonderful. The view and the location of the hotel was great and quiet. The included buffet breakfast was amazing!

The staff was unable to speak english, french or italian, despite being in Switzerland. Hence, the reception was not good at all. Moreover, we were denied the access to the pool and to the spa facilities although this was one of the reasons to have chosen this hotel. Besides, the service during the paid dinner was poor and rude.

Stunning Location. Kindness of staff. Cleanliness and tranquillity of the rooms. Excellent dinner, fantastic breakfast and excellent value for money.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, opposite a lake. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The buffet style breakfast had warm and cold choices and a coffee/tea machine in the dining room. The swimming pool was clean and the whirl pool was warm.

The shower in the room is tiny and uncomfortable to use. The hair dryer was very old and whispered out warm air with no power. The swimming pool got busy very quickly. You have to pay in the dining room for tap water. You had to queue by the coffee machines at breakfast time. There are no towels provided at the pool so you have to use the ones from the rooms which are not refreshed every day, so you have to use wet towels!

The hotel is nestled on a hill overlooking the Ägerisee with nice views and terrace. The rooms are spacious, clean & functional.

I think the description does not quite match what it actually is. It is a functional seminar hotel with a religious focus. There are poster and quotes out of the bible on the walls, in the rooms.. this should be mentioned. Further, the gym looks amazing on pictures but only has four endurance machines, no weights etc. The pool, sauna are charged additionally.. I think its facilities are good for seminars, but for holiday travellers, I found the infrastructure somehow lacked warmth.

Wellness oasis is GREAT, clear signs everywhere, everything is super clean and beautiful. Very relaxing. Free, comfy bathrobes. Very nice staff.

Carpet felt a bit worn out. Elevator a bit old and creaky. Most importantly however, the whirlpool was too cold. Facilities in lowest price category were quite rough, no decoration, no shower, low quality toilet paper
