المكان جيد لكن لايشبه الصور
التكيف منخفض في الغرف كذلك لم تكن الغرف نظيفة بمستوى فندق … لم يكن هناك سلبرات للحمام..
بوفيه الافطار عادي جداً والفول مالح واكثر الاطعمه مكشوفه بطريقه مزعجه ( الاجبان والزبادي والسلطات).
كذالك المسبح غير نظيف …..

I had the most wonderful stay, thanks to the incredible hospitality of the hotel team. As a wedding gift, they graciously upgraded my room and surprised me with delightful decorations, making my stay truly special.
Every detail was carefully attended to, ensuring a pleasurable experience from start to finish.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Aya for her welcoming and friendly demeanor, which added an extra layer of warmth to my visit.
I highly recommend MENA Tyche for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

staff were very friendly
rooms are not so clean, i saw multiple rooms before checking in and all of them had a very weird smell that wouldn't go away even after opening the window for hours.
I asked them to clean my room and didnt clean it for 2 days.

The perfect relaxing hotel to end our trip. An easy Uber 10 min ride into downtown. Breakfast was so delicious and so much variety of hot and cold food! Staff very friendly and helpful too.
The pool umbrellas need fixing but otherwise clean and pleasant hotel

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Actually it's the best thing at the hotel :)
I didn't like the location as it's not well serviced and have to take a cab wherever I want to go.
The AC temperature which sometimes suddenly rises during the night for some reason.

Ibrahim from the front desk is very kind. During our stay, he and his team did a great job and we had a nice dinner when we arrived! We highly recommend staying at mena tyche during the stay in Amman.

We were upgraded to a suite which was nice
No hot water shower 'only lukewarm
We were here part of a G Adventures tour and one of our tour mates had their room entered by a stranger with a plastic bag. The reviews on Google about people having their stuff stolen should be taken seriously. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
