I lived in this hotel for few months and I appreciate staff and management of this hotel for helping me every day. Staff from reception (everyone) - ❤️

Śniadanie spełniło moje oczekiwanie, było urozmaicone, potrawy były smaczne. Obsługa była znakomita, życzenia spełniane były bez zbędnej zwłoki.
Pokoje sprzątane były codziennie i dostawaliśmy wodę do picia.
Klimatyzacja w pokoju nie do końca spełniła moje oczekiwania - nie mogłem ustawić temperatury tak jak chciałem mimo wysiłków personelu. Ale nie było to uciążliwe bo temp. na zewnątrz nie była zbyt wysoka.

This hotel was better than what we expected. Front desk staff was very well trained. We keep extending our stay every night up to 7 nights total. Thanks to Motaz, Joy and Ayoub for helping us to get rooms extended so we don't have to move to other hotel plus during that time it was peak season due to the airshow in Dubai. The food at restaurant was nice too. Pretty decent and we had the full board and half board package for the entire 7 nights. Overall, we will definitely be back again. Thanks for the service.

The hotel is very clean and with good ambience. Friendly and Professional staffs.Nice family room set- up. Good and delicious food at Nueva Restaurant. Special thanks to Ms Tricia and Mr. Rahul for your assistance during our check- in. Thanks to our room boy for making our room pleasant. Thank you Nuevo Restaurant for the good and delicious food and to Ms. Divina for your assistance and thank you to the lifeguard personnel for keeping the pool area clean.

Personale accogliente ed attento alle esigenze dell'ospite. Struttura fornita di tutti i confort, tra cui sala attrezzi e piscina all' ultimo piano.
La colazione è, come in tutta la catena Premier Inn, la punta di diamante. Stanza fornita quotidianamente di bottigliette d'acqua, tè, caffè... La metro è a due passi e si può raggiungere facilmente la costa ed il centro di Dubai.
Le stanze andrebbero un po' rinnovate. In zona c'è solo un piccolo supermercato e nulla più.

całkiem dobry hotel na 1-2 noce. Hotele tej sieci stosują opcję : dziecko do 15 lat pobyt bezpłatny i śniadanie bezpłatne. Dlatego własnie wybraliśmy ten hotel.

The location next to metro station is very convenient
The rooms are very small, considering them family rooms is not big at all.

Hotel room was small but they had arranged all the required beds even without us having to ask about it.
Parking space was quite ample and the pub downstairs is always a plus as you don't have to go anywhere else for a night out.

Our entire stay was much perfect, except that its a distance away from main city center (But there's a Metro train and a Station just few minutes away from the Hotel)

Близость к метро. Наличие бассейна на крыше. Приветливый персонал. Все было исправно, работало, кровати удобные, лифты быстрые, завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.
Частое навязывание уборки (звонки, личное посещение), и т.к. мы не из тех людей, которым необходима замена полотенца каждый день - это кажется избыточным. В отеле не оказалось переходника для европейских розеток, а у кровати зарядка от USB type A, которая уже становится неактуальной. Пришлось самостоятельно покупать переходник для зарядки всех электроприборов.

Zimmer war etwas einfacher im Verglich zu anderen Peremier Inn Hotels. Auswahl Frühstück wa gut. Allerdings sehr weiter Weg in die Innenstadt

A személyzet rendkívül kedves volt és az ágy kényelmes volt.
A recepciós megkért, hogy 8 feletti értékelést adjak. Ezzel becsapják a vendégeket és nem azt kapják amire számítanak. A szoba izzadság szagú és lelakott volt. Ki sem lehetett szellőztetni, mert nem nyílt az ablak. Csak egy éjszakát töltöttem, nagyon fáradt voltam, így nem szóltam semmiért. De a tisztaságon van mit javítani.

Excellent location 2 minute walk to the metro station. 20-50 minute ride to major attractions in Dubai. Great for transfer to Abu Dhabi, too, via bus.

There is a cafe, all day Restaurant ane English pub onsite.
Definitely recommend it, and we will be back for the price.
Can't fault anything really, considering it is a 3 star hotel, everything was according to the 3 star standards and affordability.
