Apartamentul in care am stat nu avea niciun gram exterior si toate ferestrele dadeau catre holul interior de la recepție. Nu puteai aerisi, nu puteam dormi noaptea pt ca auzeam tot

The apartment is so good, clean. The entrance of the building is so modern and well designed.

The toilet needs a remake. A bit old and dirty. The area is not too safe at late night, be careful with your belongs.

Location close from taksim area.

The lift is so small.

The family room is located on the roof top, Half celling of the room is glass, and not treated for heat the room is an oven and small ac unit installed with bearly giving air circulation in the room. When I asked the reciption that we can not stay in a room like a sona, he said don't worry you will not feel it became all day you are out and at night no sun will hit the glass top. I asked what about the ac unit? He said at night you can open the window the weather will be good, as a note we are in summer. The reception guys was giving excuses for somthing that you can not except. And in a very roud way. Also attached some pictures how was the room cleaned still rice on the floor and ships not vaccumed. The bathroom you can see ball hairs on it from the previous guest. Do not recommend to stay not clean not proffecional just searching to gain money without giving good service.

Location is great. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Beds are comfortable.

AC doesn’t working, so it was hard to sleep during the night. Elevator is very small (max 3-4) tiny persons.

It is a place where you can find more than a city hotel, 2 minutes walking distance from the metro and public transportation vehicles to the city center. There is even a very attentive russian and english speaking maid, they gave us official concierge service, I highly recommend it. I can't write anything negative.
