Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, and the bathtub was delightful as you don’t usually find those in Greece. I didn’t have time to take advantage of the pool or beach but I hope I can come back and stay again!

The TV is small and a bit old.

Rooms are big and it is very clean.

They placed us in the same floor of the reception (even though the hotel was quite empty), as if we booked that room (with booking we cannot choose). However, it was possible to hear all noises of the reception at night. The bedroom also didn't have courtains in one of the windows, which was quite annoying to not have 100% privacy because all neighbours could see the room. Also, the staff need to be more profissional when asking the passports or documents.

Perfect location, 20 minutes’ walk from center, on the beach, but quiet environment. We have full panoramic view on the sea (of course for a littele bit more money)

They forgot to clean the room at first two days, despite the fact that we asked it.

by the beach, you can borrow a bike for a small ride, small kitchen in the room, very helpful desk staff. thanks Athanasia !

Hotel was really close to beach area.

Breakfast was not that good, some bread etc, cannot understand why you had to order becon and eggs separately. Kinda outdated hotel although room itself was ok.

Owners were terrific. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Kitchen staff absolutely wonderful we loved the stay. The pool was a hugh bonus as well so darn lovely grounds lovely too

the people at breakfast were nice and polite . but the breakfast food was less than standard anywhere else my wife ate there only half the time because it was practical to do so but very little and poor compared to a lot of places w'eve been it is better to chose that hotel without the breakfast . there are lots of places around with good breakfast and not expensive. though the terrace for the breakfast would have been better if the food was good . other than that the hotel staff and direction are very friendly and helpful the location is fantastic near good restaurants , the beach , the old town and a lot of stuff hotel very clean and rooms and spacious and were made every day and linen and towels changed every 3 days , which was very good it is 3 stars hotel which means a lot of stuff are not there , kleenex small face towels , a general purpose cleanser and shampoo fixed to the wall . but there is a fully equipped kitchenette , fridge, water was put once and coffee once also at the beginning but not replaced through out the stay .

the food choices and daily variety , the room they gave us was not the best considering that we booked for 14 nights from the begging though it was sea view as was promised at booking but we were put last room in the sea view so we had a very narrow sight of the sea view we tried to change it but were told that was very difficult so we had to live the 14 days with there decision

the location, the friendly staff, room was spacious, we had a lovely time!

2 small things: beds were separate and didn’t fit quite well - for a couple it was a bit uncomfortable. also the shower glass was too short and there is no way to take a shower without splashing water on the bathroom floor.

All the staff were very efficient and very friendly. Our room was very big and beautifully decorated. We had a side sea view, which was amazing. Nothing was a problem for them. Maria helped us with hiring a car and advised us on sights to see. Would definitely recommend.

To be honest, there was nothing I didn't like

The location was great, close to everything, easy to find, just on the beach. The breakfast was awful though, we tried once and never went again. It would be good if the hotel could provide shuttle services to airports in Heraklion or Chania. There was no socket in the kitchenette so we had to drag the kettle and coffee maker to another-inconvenient location to use them

Great location, first line to the sea, a lot of nice restaurants around, 15 min walk to the city center. The hotel have great personal, all people we met were nice, friendly and helpful ❤️ The cleaning staff was professional, communicative and kind. Breakfasts are simple but everything was fresh.

The swimming pool is small but it is seen on photos. We did not use it as beach is super close.

I had an excellent experience with this hotel. Location is great - 10 minutes walk to the old city, and only few steps to the sandy beach. The room was provided as booked and as requested by a message. I had direct and excellent view of the sea. Beautiful sunsets. The room was spacious, separate bedroom with its own balcony and bathroom, and the main room with kitchen. There was a second bathroom in the room. The balcony was spacious and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. What I liked a lot was the Nespresso coffee machine in the room (buy your capsules and bring with you), the ice-maker in the fridge. Taxi to Heraklion/Chania airports can be requested, which will be arrange even for the middle of a night at reasonable price. All positive.

- Nice big terraces (2 terraces per apartment) with very nice partial view to the beach. - Very good location on the beachfront - The staff is very friendly and helpful - Well equipped kitchenette - You can find all that you need in nearby supermarkets and stores - Better to go to the beach 100m towards city centre (to the right if you are looking at the sea), better sand than just in front of the hotel

- Avoid breakfast. Very disappointing. - The road is noisy at night, keep in mind that you cannot sleep with the window opened. - Ongoing works across the street in June 2022, take it into account if you are a sleepyhead

to have umbrella and bed in the beach you will still need to pay. pool is small fountain size like for kids at the gate of the hotel next to the busy trafficked road.
