Ótima opção em Moema, muito bem localizado. Equipe muito prestativa, café da manhã excelente, restaurante do hotel muito bom também, gostamos de tudo.

Da localização e do café da manhã que é justo.
A falta de água potável para beber (nem no bar tem, só na academia ou mineral pagando caro), o preço absurdamente caro das mercadorias do bar (uma cerveja longe neck custa 19 Reais) e do restaurante (a feijoada de sábado é quase 150 reais por pessoa, fora as bebidas e a taxa), o cartão magnético falhando, o jeito sem educação de alguns funcionários tratarem os hóspedes e a porta do quarto com a maçaneta ruim e com poeira dentro.

It was all good, clean and proper. The reception team was very welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast time was not very organised, it had a very noisy unrelaxed atmosphere.
The self-service buffet was complete, however the scrambled eggs were cold and the cheese/vegetarian options were very few.
Overall, not a very pleasant experience unfortunately.

Quarto bonito e bem espaçoso
Cheiro de mofo nos corredores e no quarto. O quarto possui 2 banheiros, porém ambos minúsculos, era melhor ter apenas 1 e bem aproveitado. Nenhum isolamento acústico entre os quartos, no quarto ao lado ficou a babá e minha filha e parecia que as duas estavam dormindo com a gente, conseguia ouvir até a respiração delas de tão ruim o isolamento entre os quartos.

A porta do meu quarto deu problema inúmeras vezes em quatro dias de estadia, tendo sido levado este problema a recepção. Os funcionários falaram que eu não saberia abrir a porta. Péssimo curto benefício, hotel antigo, com papel de parede do banheiro descascando, academia muito ruim, cheio de mofo

great room space. Good bed. the delivery staff were very polite and nice. the check in staff need to speak louder and clearer. I saw a comment like this before and I emphasize such point. I could barely hear what the gentleman was saying. But ok, not a huge problem.
some things need modernisation like TV, room design - the colour of furniture were all dark and the lights were low. it created a heavy ambience. the premium room has some outdated tv.
