Die Restaurant atmosphäre war kühl und ein wenig Kantinenmässig Schade war dass es an der Strandbar nicht mehr Tapas zur auswahl hatte wie auch Meeresfrüchte

The staff are so welcome and friendly. The location is perfect for sea and pool access. The dinner is amazing! Room space is decent

The vegan dinner night - I don’t think it’s fair that we have no options for meat and seafood. Non-vegan guest should have the options. I really dislike this vegan night idea.

Location. Staff.Facilities, food at the restaurant on the beach were amazing.

I was expecting as being an adults only resort to have more acrivities and a party maybe. There was music almost every nice, however everything was ending at 22:30 and after 23:00 everything was closed. Once we stayed after 23:00 to discuss on the restaurant terras and the staff came to tell us to keep it quiet.

Ami egy javító szándékú gondolat, közvetlen hotelos charter a reptérre, ill. kirandulásokhoz. A hotelnál közvetlenül bérelhető legyen E-bike. Esti műsorok, élő zene 22.30 után is.

Friendly staff, clean, nice beach bar

Hard to get sunbeds. Hotel did put a note through everyone’s doors asking everyone to not put towels on beds if not using one.

We had a swim up room. It is a little pricey but it was incredible.

More evening entertainment and daytime entertainment.

overall, the location was good (beach access!) and the outdoor pool is very nice. nice breakfast.

water pressure and the temperature was BAD. the water temperature changes by itself as you shower... so be very careful.

The property itself is lovely and modern, the pool areas were nice also. The breakfast and dinner service were pretty good and the staff working throughout the services were nice and friendly. The gym and spa area was lovely too!

We felt it lacked a bit of atmosphere. The music around the pool only sometimes played, and when it did it was pretty quiet and the songs were just covers, not originals. We got one of the select rooms which were nice enough, but for $500 + AUD per night we expected a little more. We’ve stayed in much nicer hotels / rooms throughout our trip for much cheaper. As others have said, it’s near impossible to get a sun bed by any of the pools unless you broke the rules and went early in the morning to save your spot by laying a towel down. The hotel does have a rule against this but it didn’t seem to be followed at all, we got to the pools at 9am (an hour before the pool actually opened) and there were no free sun beds.

Location was absolutely stunning. The beach bar and pool are perched on a little cliff right above the most incredible cliff - so beautiful that we didn’t even bother looking at the other pools.

The staff was very attentive. Breakfast and dinner - good selection.

Bathroom without the door - the smell from the shower and sink goes into the room. Too little sunbeds around the pools. The towels should be renewed - they are outdated.

I thought the room was compact.. and lacked storage space for clothes. Lack of Sunbeds to match the number of people in the hotel. Saving of Sun loungers a big problem. Beach restaurant very poor service and rude staff

Super friendly staff. Food was just great with a lot of diversity. The fitness gym on point with multiple types of equipment. We will definitely come back in the next years.

Nothing to complain

Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Room was nice. Pools were great. Nice to have options of pools or beach.

We loved the location! The ocean was amazingly blue and there is sort of a private way into the water, so you don‘t have to enter through the crowded beach! Also the interior of the whole hotel is very beautiful and everything is clean!

nothing! We liked everything, the one and only thing we want to share is that breakfast an dinner is served in a buffet form, which is fine and we knew that when booking. Still we prefer served food in general. But there was always a wide range of options and it was fresh an warm!

Everything! But the food and the beach pool with direct access to the ocean was just incredible.

The food, service and facilities were excellent. Great location also with cala Esmeralda across the road. The beach club is a great spot to relax and the view is amazing. Yoga on the beach each morning is well worth getting up for 👍

It is such a well-being place, 3rd time I stayed there and this time we treated ourself with a room with own pool which was just awesome........ food is great, breakfast in room was just awesome, spotless clean, very comfortable bed, beautiful lazy days, was my best stay so far at this place, highly recommendable, very happy

I missed a sofa in the room....... Privacy is a thing at the rooms with pool, you're 'very next door' to your neighbours, we were fortunate to have the best 'holiday-neighbours' ever and had a lot of fun, but if you're looking for privacay maybe not that recommendable..

The biggest plus here were the staff. They were fantastic, incredibly friendly and helpful. There were no airs and graces and spoke to you like a friend/family member rather than a customer, we loved that and you don't find it often enough in hotels. Everything else in the hotel was perfect, the food was actually really tasty (often find all inclusive can be a little bland) The rooms were comfortable and spotless and all the facilities were first class. We have already talked about doing back again

The location to the beach and the private (adults only) pool with sea views is amazing. All of the staff where very friendly and the facilities where excellent and never overcrowded (in September). The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious and very well presented. We booked a room with a sea view which benefitted from the most beautiful sunrises over the horizon.

The vegetarian options could be improved. My wife and I are both vegetarian and although there were plenty of options considered vegetarian, these were mainly side dishes i.e. boiled / fried vegetables, chips, rice, butter pasta, salad. All of these options lacked a protein and are very cheap dishes when compared to the meat and fish options available. I think with some simple tweaks, the vegetarian options could really be improved with addition of lentils, legumes or tofu which can be eaten by most dietary requirements.
