Room very sparsely furnished, below average bathroom, steep stairs, main part of ground floor doing decorated at the time of our stay.

Nearly everything. The bed was comfortable but the bedcovers were sparse.

Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful.

The guest house was on a busy main road so there was a lot of noise. There was also a persistent internal noise which meant sleeping was difficult. the guest house was being decorated so lots of wet paint and fumes and no notification of this in advance. Roller bind was home made and difficult to use.

The location was great - right at the Quays and our particular room had views of the River Suir. The accommodation was comfortable and seemed to have everything we needed. This review is for an extension, s we were more than happy to stay and extra night and would be happy to stay again.

The bed was comfortable and slept well. Heating came on when needed.

They turn the heating off centrally from 10pm to 7.30am and no way they would turn it back on. With single glazing and almost 0 degrees outside it got really cold for me and the kids. not very friendly or helpful response from management and no solution offered. Became patronising when I asked for heating. Some rooms are street facing and noisy during the night

Reaked of smoke, the ancient windows rattled from the noise outside from the pub down the road. Music non stop outside until 1am and sounds like you are in the pub because the windows are so bad. Walls are paper thin and at 4.30am had to ask room next door twice to shut up. No staff on site during the night. Sheets didn't fit the beds. Shelf fell off the wall.

Our room was at the front of the house directly onto the main road and it was VERY noisy. As i forgot the ear plugs both of us had only fitful sleep.

Really clean. Great view out of window. Convenient to where I wanted to be.

It was a little bit noisy, because there is a pub close to the property, but it didn’t affect me.

Breakfast was excellent thankyou, very friendly and helpful owner.

The large pay car park opposite was phone app only (no cash) but the owner can help with this if you do not have an app for Ireland.

You can't get more perfect location than this if you are doing an leisure trip to Waterford. Bus stand, railway station, main shopping street, and the dock are within 600 m from the location.

Understaffed, Wi-Fi reception was non existent.
