we paid for a large quadruple room with ensuite including breakfast which was confirmed by email we were given a small double room with ensuite and no breakfast and advised to contact booking.com as they had made the mistake

Good for the money and a bus stop right across the road to get into town.

Bed a bit lumpy but I slept well.

Very pleased as I had put down the wrong week but the manager at The Vee got me booked into their sister B&B. Location is fine - decent restaurants nearby but it was more a launchpad for a walking holiday visiting Tramore and Dunmore East etc as Waterford City wasn't what I was there for.

Maybe a little more space in the room as there was a double and single but would have been ideal if a family of 3 were staying.

There was a hairdryer that I could use, and the bed was comfortable

Received an email after I booked and paid, that the breakfast is not served anymore, even though it is included in the price, which is false advertisment. The room was freezing cold, the heater was not working, so I needed multiple layers to feel warm. The owner unlocked my door with a spare key when I was still in bed and walked into my room without knocking. It was hard to get in contact, as none of my calls have been answered and I was never called back.

The room was very cold , never got warm , WiFi was terrible, and was unable to do college work. Staff had no interest in my needs. Very loud as road noise was getting through window.

It was B&B without breakfast that you find out not ahead but on place itself. But the price remain the same :-( During my stay the owner change the code for entering the property. But he didn´t let me know. And there was very cold everywhere inside.

No breakfast available. No host to answer the door - another guest let us in as it was raining hard. There was a kettle which had to be plugged in a socket just above the skirting board. The bathroom was tiny and dirty.

The manager was very helpful.

Booked this as a B and B but no breakfast was provided. The error appears to lie with Booking.com as the manager showed us his spec which stated no breakfast, whereas ours clearly showed "breakfast included." He assured us he would take this up with you and that we would receive a 25euro refund to cover breakfast which we then had to go out and find. As of yet we have not received this.
