Fantastic city centre location. Unbelievable value for money.
Unfortunately there is a few clubs & pubs around, also a busy road, which makes sleeping a little difficult as there’s always noise from car horns, loud people shouting. And emergency vehicle sirens. Also the Air conditioning either didn’t work at all, or very little. Was a hot room and couldnt open windows for the aforementioned reason. We were on floor 4 so can only assume more noise on lower floors.

It was clean and had everything that was necessary. Very close to everything we needed and parking was easy just a shame it wasn’t free parking on site

I liked the light, airy and spacious room, comfortable settee, bath. I could open the window to regulate the temperature. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of milk for the tea and coffee.
The exterior and entrance to the hotel are quite ugly and forbidding, but guests should not be put off. The staff are friendly and efficient and the bar area is pleasant. The room is the main thing and that was very nice.

Room was great. location was fantastic, staff were friendly, and overall the place was very accommodating.

Ideally located within walking distance to the Motorpoint arena where we were going to a gig. We were meant to be getting a train but the hot weather meant our train was cancelled so we had to drive but there are lots of car parks near to the hotel. We only stayed one night and was out most of the time but room had everything we needed for our stay.

Overall an average stay in a standard twin room. It Was clean but noticed a few stains on the carpet.
It was very noisy at night - even on a mid week evening! I know we were in the middle of the city but found the windows let in a lot of noise. The mattresses were also quite worn which has made them uneven and soft so need replacing. Did not get much sleep at all.

The address on Google and on sat Navs is wrong, we walked for miles to the supposed location only to find it eventually right near where we set off from on the tram

The room was spacious with a large bed, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of Nottingham, very convenient for the Theatre, concert hall and market square
The hotel was ideal for what we wanted. If you are looking for 'plush oppulence' this isn't the hotel for you but if you're looking for a good value for money stay in the middle of Nottingham this will serve you very well

Although the bed was comfy it was so hot, shower wasnt very powerful and the bathroom was soaking wet after a shower due to the steam, have stayed in better/bigger and modern hotels (with breakfast) in Nottingham for the money

I ask for a quiet room and they allocated me the opposite. There was a pipe making unbearable noise all night , as soon someone run the hot tap the pipe made loud bang..I didn't get any sleep , the room was too stuffy and windows were closed.

Female Staff member in the restaurant was excellent.
Fried eggs had been there a while and should have been removed as very dry, you should not have to ask for fresh ones. Breakfast not very hot though.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended.
