Great location for APH parking for Gatwick airport - large spacious bar

As a smoker there only seems to be one small smoking area without shelter

That there was no food or snacks available after certain hours. The vending machine prices were very high with only unhealthy alternative. No fruit was available for example.

Ground floor windows so had to keep curtains drawn. Grumpy unhelpful reception staff. Electric car charging not working, no prior advice of this, staff totally unhelpful as to alternatives. Barman a buffoon without a clue

Breakfast was lovely, the food was presented very nice, there could have been a little more choice on The menu and sometimes the meals were cold. The staff were all nice, maurettze on Reception Alex on the bar and the older South African man on the reception were all very helpful

Unfortunately my mum was in a wheelchair the whole time - I did request a ground floor and noted her disability but somehow it dident go through as a disabled room. She could not wash the whole 2 and a half weeks as unable to step into the bath, also there is no wheelchair access into the restaurant or bar area… there are only steps, we would have to go through the back heavy fire doors Whitch are a walk and then I would have to open them with my own body while try g to get my mum in the wheelchair through… no disability assess was terrible only the back fire exit doors… the staff were unhelpful when offering to help open the door from the bar cafe area into the garden with only me alone turning to get the wheelchair through … this should be looked into as I’m sure it’s illegal. Staff on bar reception undertrained and poor English took a lot of time to prepare any drinks through to lack of knowledge. The cleaners in the room did a good job however a packet of my mums cigarettes went missing ( full unopened ) in the first few days - she only smokes 2 a day so knew this had happened did not turn up at all even in The end of stay. Unsure if we paid twice for outstanding fee at the end of check out as was still pending on my card and in There system, so I paid on my husbands credit card… please look into access with disability, wheelchairs, pushchairs and crutches as lacked this majorly.. also no fridge in the room mini bar - I dident need that but my mum lives on a milk special fluid diet and no fridge facility’s .. gave it to reception to look after and it had disapppered the next day… sheets were only changed every few days as we had strains because my mum is so unwell but bed remade

Close to Gatwick, great deal with aph. Very clean and tidy. Visited on way to gatwick and in our return,odd application of a disability room for our return visit from holiday?? Food great especially sticky toffee pudding! !!!Amazing breakfast just as it should be. Staff really nice and friendly. Will return if leaving from Gatwick again

Lovely bar and restaurant great location for what we needed

Parking was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant which we enjoyed but a little overpriced.

The hallways were a little smelly.
