Nothing. It was old. Dirty and I thought the gym and swimming was included but it was which was really embarrassing, even after the member of staff gave us 2 towels for swimming.

The room was small, dirty, very load in the middle of the night and early morning. I sound of a Machine or motor kept starting and stopping. I want a refund.

Staff were very unhelpful as playing a fruit machine in there bar and it broke. They did not and would not give me the £10 it owed me!!

The room smelt like damp, mould and dust. There is no soap in the bathroom. The beds were rock hard. Staff were not friendly. WiFi is paid for £7 per day and it’s £4 per adult to use the pool. We didn’t even bother eating food from the restaurant as we knew it wouldn’t be good.

Room directly above a door that kept swinging and banging throughout the night, people coming in and out and drunkenly shouting in the hallways, deliveries also directly out window all night, parking is a nightmare Do not recommend for working people trying to get a peaceful night for a busy next day

The bed was very uncomfortable . The radiator was hanging off the wall . The tap was slashing up on to your clothes . Breakfast was average .

Отличны душ с хорошим напором воды, что бывает не часто в Британии. Просторный номер с чистым бельём и балконом. Было очень тепло в номере, что добавило плюсов к пребыванию.

Не совсем удобный матрас (не критично) и не совсем исправна дверь на балкон.

I liked that it was only 8 mins to Gatwick airport and we had an early flight

The property smelt, the bar area stank of greasy chips, we ordered a pizza for £11 we couldn’t even eat it it was awful full of greasy cheese not mozzarella the pineapple looked gone off, we had one slice each and left the rest. The room was so tiny you could hardly move the double bed was like a single bed, it was horrible.

Absolutely everything was disgusting, filthy rooms, disgrace to be called a hotel.

The hotel itself isn’t awful, what you pay for is what you get. Rooms fine for a 1 night stay, just a tad drab

Check in staff couldn’t be more rude if they tried, particularly one receptionist called Debbie. Kept cutting guests off and raising her hand to them to be quiet while she was checking people in, one being my own father. Face like thunder and immediately didn’t feel welcomed. Seems like absolutely non of the staff actually want to be there and you’re ruining their day by being there. Wouldn’t stay at this property again because of this. Someone should remind them they work in hospitality, because this particular woman has forgotten. Bar doesn’t open til 4pm in the afternoon and you have no access to amenities. Also, check in doesn’t open til 4 meaning you have to wait around and when check in comes around, long queues start.

Late check in and comfortable bed.

Nothing at all, overslept by an hour for check out, housekeeping come barging in without knocking, absolute rudeness from the staff.

Most of reception staff were lovely but bar staff not so lovely, I stay here alot my room was very small, the mirror light in bathroom didn't work there was no side lamp for Wen u were in bed there ceiling lights didn't work.correct u couldn't switch one off and leave one on and when u did switch them off a green light stayed on, the last time we stayed my partner left a tracksuit and room staff didn't hand it it and we no it was definitely left there, the we played for a Kate check out and twice now the cleaner has just walked in our room at 9.55 in the morning to clean when we were not checking about till 11, the tap in the bathroom socked is every time as it took powerful for the size of the sink and we had no access to the body wash as it didn't work and kept falling off the wall 😔

Breakfast was good. Lots of choice.

The window in room 24L did not seal and therefore the noise from outside could be heard, making it difficult to sleep. The basin in the bathroom drained very slowly i.e. there was a blockage and the shower head leaked.

Was looking forward for a nice bath. But didn't had the plug to close it. And maybe a warmer blankets. Information about the Wi-Fi some place in the room so no need to go back and forwards to front desk.

The radiators made a banging noise all night, so I doesn’t get much sleep. The car park registration was archaic and time consuming. No bed side light. The main ceiling light didn’t work. The room itself was so dismally basic.
