no lift....climbing up the steps

Good location, just a few minutes drive to APH parking. Comfortable beds, nice bedding, clean bathrooms, a range of toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, cornflakes and other nibbles provided. Spacious and homely. Nice and quiet area. New, clean block of flats. The landlord was very helpful. He called back when we could not find the lock box and guided us, even though it was quite late.
As Google maps shows wrong location, it took us good half an hour to find the address. Then it took us ages to find the lock box with the key, despite the landlord’s efforts to provide detailed instruction with photos. The problem is that the flat number is not displayed at the entrance to the building. There are two gates that said „flats 2-60” so we were confused where it is and where to look for the key. It is not tye landlord’s fault, just the way the building is designed.
There was no light in one of the bathrooms. The flat can fit in 6 people but there are only 4 pillows, so the 5th person of our party had no proper pillow and had to use the sofa cushion. The carpet in the living room as well as the kitchen need deep cleaning. Despite all the above, it is a good value for money and the flat is fit for purpose, if you have an early flight. Just do not arrive too late and too tired as you will need daylight and full awareness to find the address quick.

2 bedrooms, 3 beds. ensuite, bathroom, kitchen, lounge. easy location.
urgently needs a plumber for the kitchen sink, might as well sort the bathroom tap and toilet at the same time. the place just needs some TLC andjust looks like a tired version of the pictures.

Great location, host was very helpful and the flat was beautifully presented, clean & tidy. I like to cook and was pleasantly surprised by how well equipped it was. Plus, there's a Tesco Extra a 2-minute walk away. I will definitely be staying again.

The location was great, very close to town centre and station. Lovely apartment very modern and spacious, good communication with host.
The kitchen could have done with a clean the hob wasn't cleaned properly, bits of food in the cutlery draw so had to wash everything before use. Bits of food in the microwave, also trays in the oven were not clean. Bed was very hard and the covers were really thin.

location perfect!
the property was not as clean as it should have been. shower door and fitting were broken. towels were grubby. no hand soap in en suite. kitchen was dirty, fridge, coffee machine and hob not cleaned. Other guests rubbish left on shelf in lounge and on floor. Sofa needs replacing, not attempt to at least make it look inviting.

Nice welcoming touches and easy to access. Very quiet area with a local Tesco Express and convenient for access to the town.
A couple of minor niggles but very good contact with the property owner.

No toilet role avaliable in whole apartment on arrival. Beds very uncomfortable and no hot water from shower Sunday morning.

It was conveniently located, close to shops and plenty of places to eat out nearby ....it had everything we needed, well equipped ,all the comforts of home including a coffee machine 😁...would definitely stay again...

The location to Gatwick airport was good if you are using the airport. It is also close to train station and shop on site.
The kitchen was well kitted out for short stays. Balcony was nice.
The property is advertised as a house. It is not a house but a 2nd floor flat in a large development of blocks of flats.
The information for arrival and stay was only available after registering on a host website which isn't useful if you arrive and have no internet or your battery has run out of charge.
We arrived late at night and it was difficult to find the property. When we eventually found it, there was no lift access and it was unclear where we could park our vehicle. There was a key fob for an underground garage but the only entrance we saw was quite a way from where we were entered the block and we didn't know if this was where we accessed it but as we did not want to get stuck ended up parking in what I think was a visitors space but I probably needed a pass and didn't have one so worried I was going to get clamped ! (fortunately didn't !)
No lift access apparent so property would not be suitable for a disabled person or someone unable to climb stairs.
Nicer bed linen and pillows would be a bonus as it all felt a bit cheap, badly made and nothing was ironed. The cupboards in the hall that contained extra items where very messy and it felt like the cleaner had been in a bit of a rush !
Also it was in the height of the very hot weather and was stifling hot so a fan in each bedroom would have been good.

Small flat with kitchen facilities. Perfect for a brief overnight stay with family prior to getting to Gatwick in the morning. Nice hot water for kitchen and shower.
The host responded quickly following phonecall re query about parking.
It was not made clear on check-in info how to access parking garage, so had to contact host.
Mattress on twin bed not very comfortable.
No separating of rubbish for recycling apparent! Glass, cans, paper, plastic all in bag for landfill :(

Location was great, very close to the airport. Very spacious. We had a bit of trouble getting the garage key fob to work but we got there in the end.
Twin beds were quite uncomfortable with extra firm mattresses and the sofa was a bit dated. Kitchen drawer fronts were loose and it all felt a bit student-digs. Absolutely fine for a night but not for an extended stay.

Great location as my daughter was competing at K2 so really convenient. Nicer than a hotel and had some nice home comforts
