Stunning hotel in a perfect location close to everything.

Loved the spacious suite with beautiful signature tea in fine China each day. So clean and just a magnificent looking hotel. Restaurant for dinner was an amazing experience with such pleasant staff engaging with us many times. Everything was exceptional. The concierge manager couldn’t do enough for us and so friendly and helpful.

The position of the hotel was good
We had numerous issues including having to change room because the locked interconnecting door did not keep out sound of normal conversation from next room , a fridge that didn't work notwithstanding telling the hotel about this at least three times, a couple of housekeeping issues and a badly organised breakfast room.
If the hotel responds saying I should have mentioned this to them I did so on at least 4 occasions by speaking with reception desk and a duty manager. Profuse apologies were offered - including an offer of additional points and/or dinner which were declined - but all should have been resolved immediately and weren't.

location of property is good and central
new Luas tram runs outside door so no cars taxis can stop , the service in restaurant for dinner and breakfast was not organised well , lots of tables left after diners complete for 20mins

the service in the cocktail bar was way below the standard of the rest of the hotel- slow and inefficient

The Location was excellent, Staff, doormen just great with there service Etc. The breakfast was good, the lobby area & front desk staff were excellent & very helpful. Excellent area walking distance to within the city this is what I was looking forward too.
No I we were very pleased with everything, would recommend to anyone going to visit Dublin. We plan to use your hotel on our next visit next year.

Everything was extraordinary. The location is within walking distance to everything in the city centre. Room was very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Very polite and helpful staff.

The only thing that I found a little much of being picky was for the price of the Room for one night with breakfast I was shocked to see that you had to pay for additional items for breakfast as they were not included.

Staff are lovely and attentive. Location is fantastic.
Terrible room service food. In 2023 it’s absurd that a hotel doesn’t have a proper set of tv channels or even basic freeview. There were 12 channels in various foreign languages and only 3 working channels in English.

about hospitality ....in general and as a one of the heads of the hospitality business in my country ..i advise Westin hotels
Management either they train the staff and teach them how to deal with the clients or to leave this hotel
management in this hotel could not be worth. Value for money is big zero..
i do not recommend this hotel. Could be ok as 4 stars but not Wisten and not 5 stars
