Gostei de tudo. O café da manhã é muito bom. Fica quase dentro do Zoo e da para ir a pé ao centro, castelo etc.

We enjoyed the bar area after a long day of being a tourist.

Breakfast and coffee isn’t served until 6:30. The breakfast was the same for six days. No elevators to the upper level from the street. We had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs just to get to the lobby, if you take the bus there.

La fermata dei bus si trova davanti l'hotel da/e per l'aeroporto e da/e per il centro per cui ci si sposta facilmente. Accanto c'è anche lo Zoo che sicuramente piacerà ai bambini. La stanza è ampia, la colazione è ben assortita e si trova sia il dolce che il salato.

Niente di particolare, ma vista la grandezza della stanza avrei preferito due letti anzichè un letto ed un divano letto, così come una doccia moderna al posto della vasca.

The staff were incredible. Although our room was as expected in regard to appearance, the location and check-in service was top notch. They knew we were arriving with a baby early in the morning from Canada and had our room ready for us on our very early arrival. We were very thankful. Transit was incredibly easy to navigate from the hotel, if you wanted to go into the city and of course, the best part is being attached to the zoo which we very much enjoyed taking our daughter to. I would recommend staying at this hotel, and would likely stay here again if we came again with our young child.

Although the breakfast was fine, the meal we had at dinner was just awful. I also found it wasn’t very accessible (we used the zoo entrance ramps to get in) and there could be better signage to accomadate this.

I liked having a bath and not just a shower.Having a swimming pool on site is great.

No safe in the bedroom despite your information stating every room has one. No fridge. nearly all places have a fridge now. It would be very useful to have.

Gute Lage, Verkehrsanbindung zum Zentrum und Flughafen. Sehr sauber und bequeme Betten, gute Ausstattung! Abendessen war extrem lecker, aber auch nicht günstig. Nähe zum Zoo war schön; für Kinder perfekt!

Frühstück war extra zu bezahlen und etwas eintönig, aber in Ordnung.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y confortables. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero hay muy buena combinación de autobuses, con una parada en la misma puerta.

Lo que menos me gustó fue que el baño solo tuviera bañera y no ducha.

Hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean, room service was 100%, breakfast variety was very good.

Breakfast was better than the holiday inn in Edinburgh centre.

Noisy neighbours in surrounding rooms appeared to have a party from 11:30 pm. Lots of shouting, doors banging and children using corridor as race track. Not wanting to cause issue we sat it out until 1 am when I eventually asked reception for support. I don’t understand why this wasn’t noticed and dealt with without my intervention. We were only on floor 2. I don’t believe night staff couldn’t hear it. Where were nightly patrols? Our room was a disability friendly room which made bathroom goods low and awkward. There was also a connecting door which was obviously locked but gave no noise protection from neighbours. We did not ask for this type of room.

Fin beliggenhed. Perfekt til at komme ind til byen med bus. Gode senge. Fint tv. Masser af kanaler. Et stort hotel med mange mennesker. Det bliver håndteret fint og effektivt til morgenmaden. Fint udstyret fitnessrum.

Detaljer. Udvalget af brød, pålæg og oste var lille. Men det er en smagssag. Og jeg blev alligevel mæt til morgenmaden

Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le parking gratuit. Le repas était excellent.

Room was nice and staff were good. Room clean I did book single beds but I had to have a double which was a disadvantage to me .

The entrance from car park isn't easy with cases as it's a trek to the reception as parking was quite full.

My room was at the end of the hall so it was very quiet and private. I love that I had a refrigerator and a hot pot so I could make my green tea each day. Getting the bottled water and Kit Kat bars was a super treat!!!

The tall bath tub was difficult to climb over. Plus the shower control was very difficult to turn. I mentioned this to the folks at the desk. Also, the space between toilet and tub is tight. If the door stop was moved down 1 1/2 inch there would be more room for a person’s knees while using the toilet.

L’établissement est bien situé. Il y a une piscine et un sauna. Ceci dit lorsque j’ai voulu aller à la piscine il y avait un cours d’aquagym donc du coup j’ai pas pu en profiter. Il y a également une bouilloire ce qui permet de se faire un petit thé de temps en temps.

Nous avons attrapé des puces de lit dans la chambre, 422. Je m’en suis rendu compte dès le mardi 24 au matin et mon mari un peu plus tard dans la matinée. nous sommes partis à 2h30 du matin donc nous n’avons pas pu en parler avec les gens de la réception. J’ai une attestation médicale. Du coup notre retour s’est fait sous le signe du stress. Nous sommes en train d’essayer de tout, désinfecter au niveau des valises. Cette contamination s’est faite de la nuit du 23 au 24 juillet c’est-à-dire notre dernière nuit dans cet hôtel..

Comfortable Bed, good staff and good housekeeping standards. Everyday cleaning and amenities were refilled daily.

We had two rooms and the furniture and fittings were completely different in both the rooms, despite the room being the same category. The fittings in the bathrooms needs urgent upgrading.

Breakfast was delicious. Very fresh and staff attentive. Location beside zoo was brilliant and bus stop outside the door which meant no hassle trying to take car to city centre. We were in newly refurbished rooms which were fresh and tidy. Nice crafting activities for kids in foyer.

The corridors are in need of tlc. Very worn paint on doors etc. Very expensive to stay but I suppose that's the price of city hotels! Pool area could do with a refresh and not particularly clean.

Room clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly.

The jacuzzi wasn't working the evening we stayed which was disappointing as we picked this hotel for the swimming facilities. Pool could do with being upgraded, a bit shabby.

Breakfast was poor.. some of the food was from previous day. Some of the fruits were tangy.

Poor housekeeping. Didn’t clean and change the bins.. I told one of the staff to clean the room but they didn’t came at all.

Habitación algo pequeña para 4 personas . El baño habría q acondicionarlo un poco . La bañera demasiado alta . El wc no funciona bien . Pero es verdad q lo dijimos e intentaron solucionarlo , aunque regular.

Acceptable location

old facility, very long waiting for the room to be ready. Our reservation was for 7 persons and only 6 beds were available. The beds sheets are not changed on daily basis. The water faucet is very hot and can not be controlled when set to cold side

Usually at most holiday inns the breakfast is included this one wasn’t and it is far from everything :(

It’s on a bus route into the city centre. It has some good facilities, although we didn’t use them.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, we found a toenail and some cotton thread on the carpet which we spoke to reception about. There was also food remnants on the desk unfortunately. It was not a cheap hotel to stay in so I’d have expected better.

Great location. Parking on site. Friendly staff, especially reception. Good food. Ideal for attending concert at Murrayfield. We will be back. Staff were very helpful and there was a nice atmosphere despite the hotel being full we didn't have to wait long to be served in restaurant. Enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere.

Changing rooms seemed grubby maybe cleaning product smell be nice too

Hotel room spotless, food was good. Breakfast choice was very good and the staff were exceptional. So friendly and welcoming from the moment we checked in. Highly recommended this hotel. We have already made plans to come back

Bon petit déjeuner, bien organisé et dans un cadre agréable. Bonne literie et chambre moderne. Les transports au pied de l’hôtel sont très pratique.

Pas de pression sur la douche et chasse d’eau du WC inefficace. Pas de coffre dans la chambre.
