Room was very big and overlooked the beach, nice sunny day perfect stay

Waited a good while for breakfast order to be taken, even when staff were just cleaning tables with no queue waiting to be seated

Our room was so clean plus had a lovely sea view. We had a lovely evening meal. Food was excellent, as was the friendly service.

We like to use Best Western wherever we can. I always used them when I was working with no compaints and feel no reason to book with other companies.

Room was ok. Expected more from a Best Western hotel.

We found it difficult to find, postcode sent us round the back of hotel. Car park was full, had to park on road, receptionist not very welcoming and didn't explain things well. There was a triathlon the next morning, we had been given warning about this, but was short notice. The road outside would be closed between 8am to 2pm. Also there was a wedding in the hotel, she didn't warn us that we might hear some noise. In the evening the music was so loud in our room, we heard every beat!! We decided to leave early, miss breakfast, to avoid the triathlon road closure. Would not recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.

Food was excellent, lovely service, great location.

The noise from the wedding reception was very noisy until midnight which only bothered me as I had a young child with me. The TV reception only worked on one channel.

We had to change room. A broken handle made we couldn't close the bathroom window.

The lift ‘pinging all night’ right outside the doors, and the carpark filling up with guests who weren’t staying at the hotel.

Beautiful, clean and plush! I will absolutely stay again.

Paid extra for a second bed in the room...... Which was a camp bed. Matress was thick so clear attempt to make the bed extra comfortable but wasn't great. The main bed however was amazing!

It was a dog friendly hotel but that didn’t spoil my stay. There are rooms that are dog free

Loads of hotels in area so why this site - simple really is the staff and food. We were working and they helped with some food to take as we need to leave before breakfast opening time as an example. Foods in restaurant (we eat 2 nights) was really good. Limited menu but find for 3 or 4 days stay.

Nothing that you can blame the team for .. first night was some noisy guests in bar early sat evening and around 10;30 in corridors but this is not their fault.
