Nothing much

Getting into my room. Company had moved my booking to another room. But failed to tell me or change the entry code. So when I arrived at the room I thought I was staying in the door opened. But, the room was full of other peoples things. After a long day I just wanted to go to bed.

Virtual key access a bit of faff to get your head around - what do you do if you don't have a smart phone?

Great little space, with a little fruit bowl, milk and bottle of water as a nice touch 😊 everything you need there, comfy bed and a close walk into the town. Great message communication with owner.

Very clean, well equipped and comfy bed. The kitchenette is a great feature and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Steep narrow stairs to access. The room was too hot.

It was clean and comfortable and well placed.

Not overly keen on the electronic key . We had a problem with it on one visit.

Great location. Spotless apartment with everything you need for a few nights away. Little touches like coffee machine with pods and dish washer tablets was fantastic. Also loved the bathroom underfloor heating 😁

My room was on the 3rd floor so less practical with a few bags/suitcase to use the stairs

Absolutely everything was perfect we will definitely stay here again

It was very central. Nice and clean and a few bits like, fruit, milk and tea bags were a nice touch as well

The shower was a bit basic

Extremely clean. Nice finishing touches with the tea/coffee/fresh milk and fruit. The bed was comfortable & it was a well equipped apartment. Parking at the front of the property which was great.

The sofa was not comfortable for relaxing & watching TV. The blind in the bedroom was faulty. We were in apartment 5 which was on the top floor, up two steep flights of stairs. We have a 2 year old & was hard work to get all our luggage etc, along with a toddler, up the stairs safely. Perhaps request a ground/first floor apartment if foresee this as an issue.

Location is great, everything as described. Content with my stay, the bed was comfy, great facilities, parking and I’ll be staying here again for my next work trip.

Found a couple of hairs on my bedding. Other than that no complaints.

Excellent location and car parking. Spotlessly clean as always ( we have been several times before) and the welcome pack with milk is much appreciated. We even got chocolates at Christmas! It’s easy to get a bus to Lytham or into Blackpool

For us the stairs to the 2nd floor are now a bit too much. We are both in our 70s. We will ask if there is a studio on the 1st floor

got clear instructions about how to access the key codes into the building and even a video demonstration. The studio we stayed in was spotless and had everything in it we needed for a comfortable stay. We had fresh fruit in our room as well as milk and bottled water in the fridge which we thought was a lovely gesture. The location was superb just a short walk into the bars and restaurants and plenty of choice nearby. I have already recommended this lovely place to others and will definitely stay here again if visiting St Annes/Blackpool.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, and had all the essentials, like tea, coffee, milk, water and kitchen facilities. It was great having the double and single bed in the same room, as it's hard to find this with a lot of properties. We'd definitely stay again.

Suite 5 for a family of 4. Lovely accommodation for a short break, clean & comfortable with parking available at the front & rear of the property. Location was perfect next to shops, restaurants & bars. We would definitely go back

It's a shame the coffee machine wasn't a make you can buy pods for. Having 3 adults we didn't have enough for a coffee each morning. Although Cafe Nero is close by. Could also have done with another chair or bean bag in the living room. The sofa wasn't big enough for all of us. No information available about anything nearby, in the event of emergency or what to do with recycling etc. Didn't see anything about the 30% off food advertised on website
