Not much just the toaster as it didn’t toast very good

Good location , it was quiet, very clean, loved that no doors slammed, all gentle closure . Loved Netflix and nice kitchen area

Stayed here several times as it is a great place to stay with everything you need and more. Nice and quiet but also a short walk to the seafront and shops. Look forward to staying again in the future.

We liked meeting people - very friendly. We enjoyed going to a restaurant with my daughter and son-in-law very nice food. We enjoyed the walk up to Fairhaven Lake, Lytham, the windmill, and the Lowther Gardens had a delicious lunch at the Olive Tree and went back to the apartment had a rest freshened up and went out for a drink. 🙂 Very pleasant train journey too

The only disappointment was we struggled to get to the top floor with our bags as no lifts The weather could have been a little better but that didn't stop us though.

surprised me have daily cleaning service. also response very quick.

I dont like staircase. my kneel got problem.

Facilities and location are great and very good value for money. The room was clean and in a great location. Having an off road parking space is convenient too.

Location was handy for the beach, shopping and for the train station to Blackpool. Main bed was very comfortable. Great shower. TV accessible in rooms.

Bunk beds were a little awkward and only the overhead window opened in second bedroom so was a little warm in hot weather.

Perfect location, very clean and lovely apartment.

The building and the apartments are immaculate! Always so clean and tidy.

We usually stay in apartment 3 but this time we were in apartment 5 which was the top apartment. Although still so clean, the living room window is very small so not much light (or air) came through the apartment. Also the extra stairs was a bit of a push for my dad, so next time will ask for a lower level apartment.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you could need for a break. The furnishings were beautiful and high quality such as the towels, pillows and duvets. We really appreciated the added extras like the fruit, coffee pods and milk. Our children loved their bunk beds and the tv in their room. The addition of a fan was also really appreciated. We can’t wait to book again to stay. Beautiful apartment and amazing value.

Clean and comfortable. Good size. Great facilities. Near to shops/pubs/bars. Easy parking at front. Staff friendly and helpful Late check out at 11am is appreciated, especially after such a late check in time.

As an international traveller, the electronic key entry was inconvenient as I had to pay for roaming to access the link. I forwarded link to friends and it sometimes did not work with an 'oops something went wrong' type of message, so I had to pay for roaming again to access original email. Don't mind this method for initial entry but once in, I'd prefer a key or swipe card option We had two apartments and asked for early check in on one at least. They obliged, which is great but charged 15 pounds. I just think if they are able to have room ready prior to 3 pm, then customers would appreciate this without being charged, especially on a one night stay.

Excellent location very quiet. Close to beach and shops to keep children amused.. beds were comfortable and everyday we were offered clean towels etc. Friendly staff and parking no issue. Suite facilities very good and even child friendly plastic bowls to prevent breaking.

Would have preferred ground floor as stairs steep and narrow for little legs.

Very modern clean property in great location. Lovely small touches like fruit milk water left for us.

We were in suite 5 which was perfect layout inside for us but only drawback was it was on top floor and no lift. Lugging the cases up stairs when we arrived was bit of a nightmare!

Lovely, clean apartment with tasteful decor. Included everything you needed plus extras such as milk in the fridge, fruit and bottled water. I booked for four people and five of us ended up staying. There was the capacity for 5 people but I thought I may be charged extra, but I wasn't, which was nice in the money driven world of today! The location is lovely, plenty of restaurants and the beach is 5/10 mins away.

Everything was great, nothing bad to say at all.

shower head (inner grey part) kept falling out when in use. 2 x usb connections left hand side of bed didn’t work. bathroom sink very slow to drain ( think it’s blocked) no air conditioning, fan provided but not adequate (very hot in rooms) and could not open windows due to being on ground floor presumably.
