Beautiful location, beautifully kept, friendly service.

The unit overall was lovely, very well presented.

Patio area needed attention, quiet dirty. Renovations downstairs very annoying.

Perfect location for our family to enjoy and relax. Surrounding gardens are beautiful, peaceful and private. Definitely returning one day.

Great location, great apartment with all you need for a leisurely stay. The pool was big and not busy at all. We cooked our own meals and it had everything we needed. The owner was easy to contact.

Unfortunately there was no wifi and the internet service was poor in this area. So if you have teenagers id suggest you download movies onto your devices prior to arrival.

Was clean tidy well equipped

The main aircon stopped working about an hour after we got there & never worked again. Internet would have been nice, not sure if it's the lift you could hear, but often sounded like a freight train going through Building.

A home away from home. Everything was thought of to make our stay so comfortable. Full kitchen facilities, laundry, an electric bbq, comfortable bed, DVD’s, and very clean....

Nothing much I didn’t like about the property. It is a bit of a walk to the jetty end of beach but if you don’t mind a 10min walk no problem. We often drove to the jetty parking and started walking from there.

A great experience. Apartment was set back from the beach and the main area with shops and restaurants but after finding the shortcut on the boardwalk to the beach this wasn’t a problem. It was SO quiet and peaceful so it was a beautiful place to relax. We walked to the beach / shops every day and took about 10 minutes. When we got to the apartment we realised that one of the beds wasn’t made up but after a phonecall to Karen she went out of her way to find fresh linen and make a special trip to the apartment. The next day she came back and converted the single bed into a king bed. Amazing professional service. The apartment was clean and tidy with modern furnishings. The only comment I have is that the outdoor setting (chairs) could do with updating. They were old and uncomfortable but luckily they weren’t the only option so we used other ones but would have been an issue if there had been more of us. The beds were comfortable but the aircon in the smaller room was intermittently noisy but could probably just do with a service. Overall a great experience and we would definitely return to this apartment in our next visit to Palm Cove.

The property was nice and clean and had a washing machine and dryer which were a life saver. Good air flow with fans and air cons. Lovely balcony

Bed wasn’t very comfy. The TV was quite small and we couldn’t get the DVD player to work to watch any of the dvds available. There was no hot water at all which was very disappointing as we couldn’t have normal showers so that made our stay not as nice

The unit was comfortable and had enough space.

The lounge room air conditioner kept cutting out, had to reset it a few times. Felt bad to be bothering the staff about it regularly.

The quiet location, the high quality furnishings and very well equipped kitchen, the location. Palm Cove is beautiful and this apartment was great value for money. You can't go wrong if you stay here.
