the guy above in Level 4 constantly “hocking a lugie” which made is uncomfortable to sit out on the balcony.

Location was perfect for beach and restaurants Facilities were v good, clean, comfortable and as expected.

The waves could be a little noisy sometimes🤣.

very, very clean (but could we please have a broom for the balcony for our next stay - the gum trees made a lot of mess as it was really windy when we were there) very well equipped kitchen spacious great views excellent location - directly across from the beach right near the stinger net and surf lifesavers

The onsite managers are not the managers for this apartment - so they don’t really engage with you at all You need to talk to the team at Cairns Coast holidays - who are very helpful by the way, and available by mobile & only a very short walk down the street if you need them

Excellent location directly opposite the stinger net and an easy walk to restaurants and cafes. The unit is on the second floor and there’s a lift for easy access. And a handy luggage trolley. The unit may be an older style but is well fitted out, has two air-cons, a comfortable bed and a view over the beach and ancient paper-bark trees. The agents, Cairns Coast Holidays were a pleasure to deal with. Kept us informed, provided straightforward instructions on parking and key access and a start-up of milk, coffee etc.

The apartment balcony was facing the beach and that it has a lift which was very convenient

there was a slight smell of mold

Location was fantastic, communication was perfect, apartment was perfect, extremely clean and well decked out, the view from the balcony was exceptional.

It was opposite the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing. It was a very well set up apartment and had everything we needed for a great stay.
