Ideal location for airport, Staff polite.
Ideal location for airport but shuttle bus from airport to hotel us a mystery. Going the opposite direction fine. Ended up in a smoking room despite none of us being smokers so smelt of stale cigarettes. Room and bathroom decor also very tired.

Breakfast was fine for the cost of the stay
Hotel was ok, what was not was the airport shuttle bus. No airport signs indicating where to pick the bus up from and No information from the hotel. We waited for over an hour for the bus then gave up and got a taxi. We landed at 12.45 in Dubai from London but didn’t check in until 02.30. Not a great time in the morning. As I say hotel was good but the hotel and airport should do a hell of a lot more to provide information as to where to pick up the shuttle. We were not alone in this as other travellers for other hotels were unclear as well. Airport staff were confusing with different people sending us to different parts of the arrivals area. In all a complete shambles

Frühstück war ok und bot eine gute Auswahl. Kostenloses Airport Shuttle war praktisch.
Wir buchten das Zimmer aufgrund der Lage direkt am Flughafen, um nicht erst lange in die Stadt gurken zu müssen, da wir frühmorgens landeten und 30 Std. Aufenthalt hatten. Da wir aber lange auf das Shuttle warten mussten und man dann trotzdem noch 15 Minuten fährt, was einem niemand sagt, wären wir zeitlich mit Uber/Taxi wahrscheinlich genauso schnell in einem deutlich angenehmeren Hotel in der City gewesen.
Unser Zimmer war dreckig. Viel Schimmel und Dreck an den Wänden im Bad. Fliesenfugen im ganzen Zimmer siffig. Die Duschwanne undicht, nach jeder Dusche stand das komplette Bad unter Wasser und man bekam das Wasser auch nicht weg. Nur zwei große Handtücher, keine kleinen Handtücher. Möbel sehr abgewohnt und irgendwie schmierig. Einrichtung wie in den 90ern. Zimmer auch deutlich kleiner als die Fotos vermitteln. Frühstück ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Tische und Stühle im Frühstücksraum auch irgendwie klebrig und schmierig.
Check-in dauerte ewig obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste morgens um 6:30 Uhr waren. Frau an der Rezeption sehr stoffelig. Mag aber auch an der frühen Uhrzeit gelegen haben.

A localização próxima ao aeroporto, com transfer gratuito, faz do hotel uma ótima opção para quem tem uma conexão longa em Dubai, como foi o nosso caso. Solicitei o early check in e paguei um valor bastante razoável por isso, o que me possibilitou descansar entre os voos e conhecer um pouco de Dubai. Como iria fazer o check out de madrugada, tive a possibilidade de tomar o café da manhã na hora da chegada, por volta de 8:30, o que foi perfeito.
Senti falta de shampoo e condicionador no box do banheiro e de uma toalha de chão na saída do chuveiro.

Great location. Greatful for the early check in at 11.00 am. Allowed us to rest up after 11 hours on the flight from Perth. Loved the buffet food.
We were a bit disappointed the shower wasn't really hot although the flow was good.
Shower head was replaced as we checked in but that didnt seem to make any difference.

طاقم سيئ بما فيهم مديرهم المدعو كريم هل يعقل مع كل مغادرة من الغرفة ولو داخل الفندق ان يقوموا باقفال الغرفة من الرسبشن والعودة لهم لتفعيلها اكثر من ٥ مرات يوميا تعامل سيئ يصل إلى درجة الوقاحه
الطاقم باكمله وكل شي في الفندق لم يعجبني

Location not bad
I couldn’t contact reception for at least 40 minutes , since I’ve checked in. phone was like busy all the time. I needed really some supplies.
Finally When I came at reception they were checking in tourists, and I saw nobody talking on the phone so probably they just don’t answer guests calls
Housekeeper answered only after almost 1 hour of constant callings
I needed an iron with ironing board.
It was so old , dirty , board with holes, iron with missing parts and bad condition
Sheets on bed are very thin and I found a couple of holes in it
No sleepers
Shower hose was damaged so the half of water stream was spilling
Also I requested a room with an airport view. Got confirmation on Booking that hotel confirmed , but when I checked in I saw that it was view on another room . So I needed to close the curtains so nobody could spy from the outside
Only food was nice at the restaurant.

The location was close to the airport and front desk accommodated our request for a late check out.
They advertise a free shuttle but it doesn’t operate from ALL terminals so we still had to pay for a taxi. We were given a handicap room which was not requested.
