Like the locations which is just across the sea, nearby food stalls and shopping too. Breakfast was great too with many choices. Like the ambience surrounded with flowers and plants.
The corridor was warm while walking towards the rooms. Although it’s called Seaview hotel, but the room was covered with glass panel, no view nor balcony.

All of it the pool was great and gardens are nice to walk throu to your room

Die Lage war gut, das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Besonders Herr Darma hat uns geholfen, als der Fahrer von der privat gebuchten Flughafentransfet nicht kommt. Er hat uns aus eigener Tasche das Depositgeld im voraus gegeben und ein anderes Taxi bestellt . Vielen vielen Dank nochmal an Herr Darma und allen Mitarbeiter. Wir können dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen!

We are resting for the second year in a row at the hotel in a premium room.
I like everything.The breakfasts are good, the choice is very large. The location of the hotel is advantageous —the beach and the shopping center are just a stone's throw away. The territory of the hotel is small-only a path between the rooms, so there is no free place to sit. There is a small swimming pool. Thanks to the staff, everyone is responsive. We are satisfied.

Location wise, and decent breakfast. Room amenities was superb.Good price as there's a discount but probably think twice if it's on published rate
The waiters at the restaurant during breakfast was not very much attentive. They leave all of our dirty plates on our table and took too long until they clear up, why?

Darma the staff member made our stay so amazing!! He will always help with anything you need and he really has made the stay so amazing!! Highly recommended 👌 5 stars for the beautiful room we stayed in aswell !! This resort is so beautiful!! , thank you so much !

Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings and beach just a minute walk.
Bedrooms for premier garden suite were small, and service at bar was a little slow.

Stunning. Lots of greenery, beautifully kept gardens, clean and beautiful rooms, incredible pool, restaurant, breakfast and reception area. Fabulous spot. Staff were lovely. I also had an upgrade which was so lovely.

The staff were outstanding. I loved the rooms and the king size bed. Very comfortable. The restaurant food was very impressive. The day spa was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The drivers were great, especially Ketut. They were friendly and knowledgeable and their rates were very competitive.
The noise from the bar and beach can get a little much some nights. The restaurant prices were expensive. A few more western dishes would be good for the otherwise excellent buffet breakfast.

Beautiful tropical setting with Kuta beach just across the street. The hotel is located on the best part of Kuta beach next to a upscale outdoor mall. Restaurant, pool, lobby all very nice.
Walk left about 7-800m to a very nice bar/restaurant to watch the sunset.
Also do stop at the new GWK cultural park - big statue of Lord Vishnu - on way back from Ulu watu. Really beautiful place in evening.
The room was just a bit smaller than i was expecting - being very picky I guess.

El personal muy amable (sobretodo Pamela, un encanto de persona y muy buena trabajadora, siempre atenta con todos los detalles).
La ubicación en frente de la playa, y tiene un desayuno variado occidental, ademas si te vas de excursión te ofrecen a la hora que necesitas una box de desayuno (bastante cantidad). El restaurante que tiene el hotel, hay muy buen ambiente por la noche y la comida sabrosa. La piscina grande y limpia.
No teníamos vistas al mar, aunque al final, pasas tan poco tiempo en el hotel/habitación que te da igual.

Le lit gigantesque de la chambre familiale, au calme de la rue mais hôtel hyper central, piscine chauffée très appréciable, plage en face de l’hôtel, restaurant certes pas donné pour l’Indonésie mais mets très très bons, et petit déjeuner au top. Personnel aux petits soins, accueil avec un jus et des chips + serviette froide.
Salle du petit déjeuner un poil chaude car juste des ventilateurs le matin. Balcon qui ne s’ouvrait pas dans notre chambre.

The breakfast had no diversity. The same every morning. We ordered cappuccino and had to take it back. It did not taste like coffee in any way. We went down the street to Starbucks. The room was okay but the floor was so dirty our socks were black after walking on it.
Fireworks continually woke us up at midnight, 2 AM, 3 AM. Hard to sleep.

Very friendly receptionists. Beautiful garden. We could see the sea from our room (however only a fraction of it).
Our room had more than enough space and a nice balcony.
