Breakfast was lovely, served with a smile. Room was spotless and a really comfortable bed.

This may just be my impression, we communicated initially over a message and I asked if we could check in early, the owner was fantastic and we gave an estimated arrival time. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we arrived a little over an hour than expected. The gent who answered was a little rude and I felt uncomfortable, I apologised profusely as I hadn’t realised it would be such an issue. Other than that (as I say I may be out of line) the hotel was lovely and the breakfast team and lady host were great, we will likely book again :)

Very clean and comfortable, with a warm welcome from friendly staff.

1hr window (8am-9am) for breakfast very restrictive. Window facing directly onto road without net or frosting meant no privacy unless the blind or curtains were drawn. This meant in the morning it wasn't possible to allow natural light into the room.

Right next to a beautiful church and smart spacious park. Comfortable en-suite bedrooms and a bright spacious dining-room.

Breakfast was great! The room size was also great, I was in the bigger rooms of the hotel (203 I believe). I didn't expect the TV to have netflix and other apps pre-loaded so that was a nice surprise!

We travelled in a group of 10 people in total, booking 5 rooms of 2. One of the nights we had everyone in one room all together just watching a movie, but a neighbour came in complaining about the noise as their child needed to sleep. It is stated clearly on the site that the hotel is supposed to be fully adults only, so was a bit confused about that.

minor pedantic point: as I had submitted details on booking.com I was unclear why I then needed to duplicate these details in a registration form. based on my experience travel and bookings in past 6 months, this additional “registration” felt inefficient

Everything was exceptional the room was big spacious and clean and the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on. The owners have done a fantastic job.
