Ordered 3 Egg menu for breakfast. There was only 1 Grilled Tomato and one hash brown. In short: The Quantity could be better. Looked a bit poor.

The property is excellent, surrounded by lush greenery. The room was comfortable and of reasonable size. Facilities are excellent.

Dine in menu options are limited. We were staying at a lean time, so there were very few guests. As a result the good was not fresh and what we ordered in the room was stale and tasteless

Room was ok, but the staff were very un-cooperative. Although my booking was 'pay on arrival', I was still threatened that pay before. I was told that if I don't pay before, I cant be guaranteed a room! What is the point of 'pay on arrival' option when the hotel threatens to not guarantee a room if payment is not made beforehand??

Worst and cheat hotel

This hotel is cheat the have charged me 2200 when I booked from booking.com it was showing 846 only but I reached their at night by 10 pm they have charged me 2200 insted of showing booking details they said you talk to booking.com I will take 2200 because of night I have to pay them

Only the location. Rest the staff carries an extremely bad attitude and a crappy/ disturbing "air about themselves" for some reason. The front guys Bhanu and Rahul have no professionalism and certainly no respect for the guests. At-least they didn't show me any!

The Front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. They have absolutely no sense of customer service or professional ethics. The corridors were so noisy. I was given the executive suite on the 1st floor and the entire day/ night I couldn't rest/ enjoy my time because of the noise/ disturbance coming from adjacent rooms/ corridors. I wasn't allowed to carry my blue-tooth speaker to the room so other guests don't get disturbed, is ironic. Horrible experience! Won't return ever!

I took two room , grand luxury and premier. Absolute zero waste of money, the bathroom sanitation was poor, no bathroom and band aids. Like bare minimum was pathetic.

staff was very rude, moreover there is no one to pick your luggage and parked your car. this hotel looks like they are offering swimming pool membership to there people who are localite.

the reception staffs are really rude and not not well behaved .this is not a hotel ,it’s a club for members and the non-member guests are treated very badly . they don’t let your transport to go to the lobby to drop off .you have to walk in all along with your luggages

The only thing i liked about the property that it is in Sushant Lok, Near to Galleria and Golf course road. Also when you entered the property it is maintained from outside and have swimming pool, garden Area, Coffee Shop, and a restaturant.

When you will go and enter the staircase of rooms it will make you feel that you have booked some OYO rooms and will not feel any type of premium or luxury feeling. Rooms are built up like a builder floor in a plot and also i had to face power cut of more than an hour, they didn't have generators ready to provide the electricity. In room dinning is another thing which is very pathetic and terrible. whatever you asked for they will say you will need to wait for minimum 25-30 minutes. Plates we received were not clean. also my friend came to see me around 8:30 he was asked to pay extra 1000 rupess and added as a guest. How can such a big property stop visitors to visit at 8:30PM.

Even though the ambiance was good for the price, as guests we expected a warmer welcome. My friend (a visitor), who came for just an hour, was asked to park his bike outside the hotel (at 2 am when the parking inside the hotel was empty) and leave his helmet at the reception since it was not allowed inside.
