We love spending time at the Queen Hotel, the staff are fabulous and the location and amenities are hard to beat. There is free coffee and popcorn and even water provided to ensure you stay is great. Its our fourth time at the hotel and we keep coming back as we love the service and value for money. Plus its close - 2 min. walk from Unseo station which is an easy 5 minute train ride from Incheon airport.

Lovely to stay so close to subway and airport.

Lack of towels and the general state of the room. All a bit run-down. Mold growing on shower wall etc.

Reasonably close to the station and reasonable value for money. Reception was very helpful to sort out some issues. Complementary condoms were an interesting touch.
Bathroom was mouldy and slimy. Shower head was high and poor angle and not adjustable. Hairbrush in complementary accessories had been used. Drawer has a picture of an aircon remote that wasn't there- it's actually controlled by the TV remote.

Location for airport is ideal and Unseo station 2 minutes walk. Very large room, bed comfortable. And a small sofa and table for sitting. Nice porch area inside room door to keep shoes out of main living space. We'll equipped with huge flatscreen TV, mini fridge, kettle, iron and ironing board etc.
I'm afraid it didn't live up to the rating on Booking.com. Firstly, upon arrival the room smelt of smoke. This lingered. Secondly there was only one set of towels for 2 people. Upon requesting another towel the receptionist kindly brought some up but upon inspection these were only 2 hand towels! Bathroom area lacked privacy, room not completely clean especially bathroom area, nowhere to hang towels after usage so they didn't dry well. Just 2 paper cups for drinks and these were not replaced. A little more TLC and a refresh could make this an excellent hotel.

Good location close to airport after 10pm arrival, rather than hike to city. Spacious room, bathroom same. Staff member who spoke OK English walked me to local long established hand made noodle restaurant

Queen is the best hotel close the airport I have been able to find (and I have stayed in several since I transit through Incheon regularly). Once I found Queen I have not got to another hotel since (its been over 6 years that I have stayed at Queen). Han, the wonderful gentleman at the front desk, is the kindest and most hospitable person - he speaks great English and is very engaging and accommodating. I always look forward to seeing him.
I look forward to the Hotel restarting the free shuttle service. It has been stopped since COVID and it was what first drew my attention to the hotel. I also look forward to restarting the wonderful hot breakfast in the morning. Finger's crossed that it is started up again soon.

Room was spacious as we paid for an upgrade. Staff were really polite and tried their best to help even though they didn't speak much English. There are a lot of restaurants, a convenience store, and a local supermarket just close by (within walking distance).
Toilet bowl in the shower area has lots of stains (blood/faeces?), thankfully the second separate toilet was better. Found it rather ironic as the toilet bowl had a banner that said "sanitized for your protection".

our room was very spacious, the hotel offers free basic breakfast with toast and cereals which was perfect for our needs with kids.
the room could have been cleaner and despite us being 4 (2 adults + 2 kids) we were only provided with 2 sets of towels.

We were promised an earlier check-in, but when we arrived there. The guy at at check in said we couldn't. Moments later, he was able to let us check-in early. Thank you, Han, for accommodating us! Wonderful place to stay!

Check in was very fast. Originally did not give me the upgrade I had purchased, but settled quickly when I went back down. The jetted tub was nice. The bed was comfortable. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Unseo subway station is a 3 minute walk away. Close to the airport, reasonable rate.
There were hairs everywhere in the room. The door didn't shut properly (had to hold it closed for about 5 seconds until it automatically locked).

The room was quiet, smoke free and comfortable. The bed had a built-in heater you could control. Heated floors. The TV had a wide selection of channels. Comfortable bed. The hotel was close to many stores and restaurants.

Super convenient location, large enough for our group to stay together comfortably. We appreciated the comfortable chairs and bedding as well as separate shower/toilet rooms.
A few things like tv remotes and the computers provided in the room could have used a good wipe, but nothing too bad.

there wasn’t much I didn’t like. I would have preferred the shuttle bus than taxi (shuttle buses had stopped operating due to Covid) however, front office manager organised a taxi for us with speed and courtesy.

Everything about the room is almost inch perfect... spacious, equipped with heated beds, huge TV, sofa area, and even a sauna in the shower room with a bathtub. It is just so fulfilling and excellent.
Location is not in Seoul but 10 minutes away from Airport.
