ソウル駅から近く、南大門、明洞も徒歩で行くことが可能です。
空港シャトルバスの乗り場も近いので仁川空港とのアクセスはAREX（電車）でもシャトルバスでもとても便利です。
スタッフの対応もとても気持ちよく、笑顔で対応してくれます。
部屋も綺麗で広く、とても居心地が良いです。
16階には綺麗なフィットネスジムと、大浴場があり、大浴場にはサウナも完備されています。
部屋の中に日本のコンセントが挿せる形状の差込口が１つしか無く、USBの差込口も無いので、少し不便です。
最近のホテルはサステナブルな社会・・・的な傾向なのか、ボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーなどは、使い捨てではなく、備え付けのボトルに入っていて無駄が無いようになっていますが、歯ブラシなどのアメニティも置かれていなく、そこはちょっと置いていて欲しいと思いました。

I was actually surprised with the size of the room which had a living room/seating area and bedroom (separated by a sliding door). Normally, a lot of hotels in Seoul have very small rooms where you hardly know where to put your luggage. The room was spacious with big windows and very comfortable in its design. The staff was friendly and quick; check-in and check-out were a breeze. Bonus points for the scales in the bathroom - so you can weigh your luggage before heading to the airport! The hotel is right next to a big area for restaurants and bars. It was very easy to find a place to eat and do some people-watching. I will definitely book it again for my next stay.
It always took a bit to reach public transport, like walking 8 to 10 minutes to the next bus or subway/metro stop. Not a major deal-breaker, but it was sometimes cumbersome to make it through the (at time heavy) traffic to catch your bus in time.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, kompetent, aufgestellt und hilfsbereit. an dieser Stelle möchten wir uns bei Amy bedanken. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und all unsere Fragen auf englisch beantworten, und uns den Weg mit der Metro erklärt..
Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 15. Stock. Der Verkehrslärm kaum hörbar.
Der Fitnessraum ist modern und gross.
Wir hatten einen 8 tägigen Aufenthalt in Fraser Place. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen.
Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great room with tons of amenities!! It was the premier room. It had a kitchen and washer and dryer.

This is my third visit for its convenient location and value for money. The room this time (deluxe double room) was cleaner than my previous stays (premier twin room and superior twin room both had dust on ledges ). Great bed, plenty of space, staff helpful re baggage storage.
Light between front door and bathroom was motion-activated, and kept switching on and off which made the large mirror near the door very difficult to use. Would have preferred if it was deactivated entirely.
Housekeeping did not throw away some of the trash (food plastic wrapping that was obviously trash) left on the coffee table.
Partition door between living room and bed did not open smoothly.

Location is convenient to metro lines and public buses. Many eateries in the area.

The location is good, near to City Hall subway station (Line 1 and Line 2) & Namdaemun Market is 5 min walk away. The premier room is cosy and with washer and dryer in the room! So convenient that we could wash and dry our clothes before flying home.

The hotel is in a good location, where accessible by walking to the city hall station, which is approximate 10 mins and also walking distance to Myeongdong and Namdaemum. Staffs are very friendly and able to resolve our issue quite promptly. Our heater was not functioning on our second night and response time was fast. They did not manage to fix it in the night but give a portable heater and offer to get it fixed the next day. Hotel room is small but is good for 2 pax and therefore we are glad that we have booked 2 rooms for 4 person.
from the condition of the hotel, there are some chip flooring and wall. other than that, it is generally good.

Чудесное место. Персонал был очень отзывчивым и во всем нам помогал. Изначально нас поселили в комнату с видом на внутренний двор, но потом мы попросили поискать возможность найти нам номер с лучшим видом и нас переселили. Номера 01 примерно с 9 этажа и выше выходят на площадь. Завтраки у нас не были включены, мы заказывали room сервис каждое утро. Очень вкусно!! Комнаты хорошо убираются, каждый день смена полотенец, зубных щеток, тапочек.

Great location. Subway line 2 nearby and Seoul station within short walk. Amazing amount of bus lines as well- you can go pretty much everywhere. Very kind staffs. Good bathroom amenities (Marlin Goetz)
The bathroom had a very musty smell and it didnt go away. Not sure it was from the drain or shower curtain or both. The shower curtain was too thin and stuck to me unpleasantly. I have stayed here before in one of the bigger rooms and I loved everything back then- so it could’ve been just no lucky room for me this time.
There is a hotel shuttle to the seoul station but thr brochure says 8,000won. There are tons of buses just across the street going to the Seoul station costs only 1,500 won so no point using thr shuttle unless you have like 3 suitcases.

The hotel was a decent location. Close to subway and buses meters from the front door.
What was a nice surprise was their spa facilities. It was something I wasn’t looking for when I booked however it was a pleasant surprise to see Japanese like sento/onsen style hot baths and sauna. Amenities were spotless and were segregated between male and female.
Staff were very friendly and always willing to assist.
When I return to Seoul, this will be my hotel of choice.
There wasn’t anything I disliked. If anything, I think their breakfast price could be lower as I would have eaten there if it wasn’t for the prices. There were however cafes nearby where I grabbed a sit down breakfast for half the price.

Room is a little dated, the bathtub is a bit soft underneath your feet so potentially some water damage, not a major issue for staying there but they should probably look into that.

Location, big room, full kitchen facilities which is useful. Had separate living and dining space which is great. I have stayed at the same property about 10 yrs ago and this was my return trip and to see it renovated was great. There was even free shuttle service to nearby popular spots that tourist will visit. It was also easy to get a cab along the streets just outside the hotel. I will opt to stay there again if I return to Seoul.
Just some small hiccups from housekeeping. Not sure why there were always missing items in the bathroom. Lack of towels (some days face towel missing some days other towels missing last thing I want is to be accused of taking the hotel's towels), lack of toilet paper (i.e. not topped up during the routine daily cleaning there was a day I called housekeeping and they actually forgot to bring the rolls) and despite asking for body lotion to be refilled it was not done (had to remind 3 times to have the lotion topped up).
