Location is the only best thing about this hotel
Staffs are rude n poor behaviour ac was not working, even repeatedly complaining but no solution. At last had an argument n changed room.

Staffs were good. Their breakfast was very good.. lot of items.
Room was very old type. Furnitures were very old type too. Before we booked we didn't realize from the pictures we saw that they don't have shower enclosure... instead we found that they have old type buthtub. ... which was a trouble for us... since we don't like to take shower in bathtub. Each thursday night they have lady's night.. and frequently girls entering from a club into lobby floor . and lobby became very noisy and crowded...and they were playing loud music whole evening and night in lobby and I heard they do the same thing each Thursday.

Excellent location, great service, Great base to reach places of interest. Safe. Good choice of bars and clubs. Very quiet despite of a busy highway.
Swimming pool wasn't available. Some renovation is needed - rooms are a bit outdated, 80s or even 70s.

The stay was inadequate; the room quality is extremely poor when we choose the Imperial Double room, but the room space is very little. Worst toilet ever.

The hotel is in a central location, staff are nice and polite.

You can hear the conversations and the TV in the next room.
Rooms are not worth more than 3000 - 3500 Rs as they currently stand.

the location is perfect. its just nearby all the places I wanted to visit. the staff are good. good breakfast. quiet and comfortable rooms. big parking space, bars, night club and Spa facilities.. what more could I want!!
the temperature control of the AC in the rooms was not working. it was too cold in the rooms. But it is negligible.

Rooms were pathetic. Maintenance was worst. In a stay of two days 4 times electricity power got cut. We have to ask for water several times then only we get it.

Breakfast need to be at international standards, need to change the main items of breakfast on daily basis.
Swimming pool water doesn't appeared good quality. there was cockroaches present in room!! one elevator was having very strong bad rotten smell inside.
