relaxing , friendly staff, nice pool and close to market, bars and restaurants. Reception staff arranged local tours and city travel.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, pool is nice and clean and the garden is lush and green, a really nice environment.

Bed too hard for my liking, parts of the bedroom look a bit tired (needs repainting, wardrobe door stuck at a strange angle meaning it couldn't be opened, bedroom door gets stuck on the floor when it's halfway open). Coffee/tea cups and kettle provided, but no coffee or teabags.

nice hotel in a small street in the Wat Bo quarter, easy walking distance to the old market (and the pub street in case you are interested), yet very quiet. Both the hotel with its green lush garden, the swimming pool and the stylish big rooms were very nice!

the choices for breakfast were a bit small, and sometimes when waning extras (like a fruit juice and a place of fruit) we did not always get it

Communication before arrival was with Kim, and it was professional, prompt and easy. We appreciated the complimentary airport pickup (and reasonable cost for return ride) where we met Rum, our wonderful tuk tuk driver who became an integral, favorite part of our stay in Siem Reap. Upon arrival at the resort, we were warmly welcomed by Chan Visal, who gave us a refreshing drink and sat us down to help plan our time. He made all the arrangements and kept an eye on us for our entire visit to make sure it was all going well. Whether it was 4:45 a.m. to catch the sunrise at Angkor Wat, or late in the evening returning from the Cambodia Circus, Rum was always waiting with a smile to transport us. The property is a lush and peaceful oasis just a few minutes walk from the busy town center, and an easy tuk tuk ride to all the temples. Comfy chairs on front patios outside our rooms practically begged us to buy a drink at the bar and sit and enjoy the surrounds. We enjoyed breakfasts by pool and found delicious meals very close at the end of long temple touring days when our feet resisted more walking. The entire staff was warm and personable, happy to practice their English. One young lad who expressed gratitude for his job offered that his Cambodian boss was a good man who treated the workers well, always nice to hear. All in all, this hotel is excellent value for money, and I would look no further if I had a chance to return to Siem Reap.

The drain for the shower in my room was VERY slow so water built up while showering.
