A great location, close to shops, restaurants and beach. We stayed in the two bedroom villa which was lovely and very spacious. Good choices at breakfast both in the front of the hotel and at the back of the hotel which is a bit quieter. Staff all very pleasant and obliging. Its been 5 years since I last stayed at the Haven but it still maintained its high standards.
Bathrooms are looking a bit tired now and could do with an upgrade. some non slip mats on the floor would be good as the marble floor can get very slippery.

The food options were great, the pool side BBQ light bites were a fun option at a great price point. The kids loved midnight room service! Organising a tour last minute (9pm the night before) was so easy and the staff so helpful and resulted in such a fun day for our family with a knowledgeable driver who made great suggestions for places to visit to experience the culture and beauty of Bali! The bracelet making class with Anguu by the pool was great for our girls, we had so much fun creating our matching bracelets as a souvenir of our holiday! A short walk to the beach and shops everywhere around so great location! The only down side to our stay was that the hot water in one of the bathrooms wasn't working. The staff sent someone to repair it but we had gone out exploring so not sure if this would have been fixed or not

Mr Wayan and Mr Adhi, the management team, were extremely accommodating, professional, and understanding. THE HAVEN is an exceptional place to stay, and the staff go above and beyond their duties. I highly recommend this resort for all walks of life. Location is superb, the breakfast is phenominal, and most importantly, the staff are simply the best. Thanks again Mr Wayan and Mr Adhi.

The staff are really great and helpful
Your key door mechanism is outdated and a real problem as the cards keep deactivating. In 7 days I had to change cards 7 tiimes. Frustrating and could sway me to not stay there again

The tv only had cable, no casting options which is unacceptable with so many visitors being from different countries. The air conditioner smelt it needed a clean, bath tub shower was very slippery I fell and hurt myself. Reception staff not friendly or inviting. The whole place was so big it takes 10 minutes to get to your room from the front. Other guests I spoke to also had issues and the hotel refused to refund them. I also got locked out of my room for hours as the door broke and was not offered anything complimentary as an apology. This place is not luxury

The location was superb, short walks to good restos and bars. Short trips into Kuta and Canggu. Ideally positioned for everything.
The rooms could do with a bit of refurbish.

Rooms are rundown. Need updating for the price you pay, you expect more !! Room was not clean on arrival stuff left in the fridge from previous guest . Bathroom, so disgusting.

The staff are very polite and I cannot fault them.
The complimentary beds on the beach - but we were not told about these. As a result, we were only able to use them on our final day.
The rooms need a serious upgrade. The toilet did not flush properly. The walls need painting. The breakfast is average. It is very costly for what you get. The music is played far too loud at night.

it was extremely clean and tidy. the team where so helpful and friendly at all times. Pool and gardens kept in good standard and poolside bar had a great vibe. beds are comfortable. the restaurant attached to hotel was relaxing and food nice. Had a massage there in spa and it was amazing.
when I arrived at my room there was wet paint on the walls (which got onto my clothes). the shower was old and parts of the shower head and accessories are rusted and old.
The dining downstairs was ok, fruit and deserts were warm (no ice to keep it cold).

Love the location and have stayed a few times here. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are getting old and in need of updating. Was a bit disappointed.
The rooms need updating they are old now and lots of cracks and stains on benches etc and in the bathroom. The shower is pretty difficult to get into - an older person would struggle (we did)

Based on the price of the room I was expecting a modest hotel facility, but boy was I wrong. This place is fabulous!!!
The facility is modern, well kept, lush grounds and 4 beautiful pools.
Location is great, right on one of the main roads amongst shops, restaurants and mini mart.
Restaurant food was good and prices were reasonable.
I would highly recommend the Haven

The property is amazing!! Modern, clean and astetically pleasing. Grounds are well kept, they have 4 pools including a kid pool.
Restaurants food was good and reasonably priced

The location of the hotel and the facilities are perfect. Perfectly located central to everything, good restaurants, beach, great massage spas and local shopping near by! hotel facilities and staff are fantastic
The room I stay in was close to the restaurant are was loud - especially with the live music. they were happy to change rooms for me.
*I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 6 weeks and didn’t have an issue with any other rooms
