Friendly owner, beautiful garden, complete breakfast. The two pools are a nice feature. The hotel has a nice view of the hills from the garden and the house is charming. The elevator was convenient for us with the luggages and stroller. The room was cleaned daily and the beds were made. There was also a spacious balcony with a limited view.

Unfortunately the restaurant of the hotel, which had a great reputation, is permanently closed. The bathroom was too small and very outdated. It's part of the style, but didn't fit us well. There was only a bath tub, no separate shower. A problem was the water pressure: when using any cold water from the tap or toilet, the shower immediately turns flaming hot. The owner seemed to think this was normal. Our daughter got burned and was crying, so we did not think it was normal. At least there could be a warning or the water pressure could be improved. Or the hot water could be less hot to reduce the risk. The fact that the owner didn't handle the complaint well is not ok. We would not come back.

Frühstück einfach wunderbar, gute Produkte aus der Region. Zimmer war klein, aber durch die Holzmöbel gemütlich. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, Blick zu Gais- und Untersberg. Zentral.

Zu dem Angebot muss nichts verbessert werden. Schade, dass es den Gasthof mit seiner tollen Küche nicht mehr gibt.

Peace and quiet. Adorable hotel, family owners, and thier lovely dogs.. Very helpful, hugely welcoming and nothing was ever a problem to ask for.

It was pretty much perfect.

Das Hotel ist außergewöhnlich schön. Es ist sauber. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Der Pool ist einsame spitze. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel.

Es ist eine absolute Kleinigkeit: Die Kissen waren ein wenig zu klein. Aber das ist ein unsagbare Kleinigkeit, die man gut und gerne überleben kann.

Hotel liegt sehr günstig und das Personnal ist sehr auf die Wünschen der Gäste gestimmt

Friendly helpful reception. We enjoyed our stay here, heated pool, and good-sized room with an interestingly decorated bathroom. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.

20/25 minutes bus/tram ride to old town.
