Location is good. Check in and check out is fast.

The hotel is not suited for leisure stay. Hote water runs out quite fast.

Very good breakfast & variety food

The lift is only your level....cannot go to another level. Because my family in level 9 & I & my wife in level 22....very dificult to me

I love the room and how wide the room since I chose Bulgari Suite with the floor was almost on the top so the view was wonderful as well. The food I chose also taste delicious. I refer to their menu "Nasi Goreng Sultan" and "Tempe Mendoan"

Feels like the style were a bit odd for me but for my wife she likes it.

Variety and size of breakfast buffet was great. Staff in the entire hotel was very friendly. room was OK.

In these times it is absolutely disgraceful that a hotel restaurant (Chinese) is serving a wide selection of different dishes with shark-fins. A reason for me not staying in this hotel again and not to recommend to anyone staying there.

property is clean and well kept. A few facilities wasn’t available. Probably they are recovering after the long lockdown.

there was no nearby shops or mall to buy snacks.

Good location. Great value for money. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great staff. Beautiful swimming pools. Good breakfast. Would definitely go for a staycation again

Dinner buffet food taste was not good enough for a 5 star hotel

Loved the room. A nice size and especially loved having both a bath and a shower. The breakfasts were lovely with a lot of choice for both asian and european styles. The staff were all very helpful. The pool is lovely but needs a little bit of maintenance, has some tiles that have come off, but we still enjoyed it. The spa was lovely and the sauna was great too.

The bed in the room was really comfortable but the pillows were not, both myself and my husband got sore necks. the last night we were there we also had an intermittent problem with the electric where my cpap machine went off?

I had the Tiffany suite. Room was excellent, large and with a comfortable queen bed.

Week to no WiFi available during the day , poor housekeeping and breakfast , various choices indeed but all of mediocre quality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
