Lovely quiet hotel near the hustle and bustle but far enough out for a little serenity & recharge! Lots of bits near by - massage parlour, moped rental, food markets. With an overwhelming choice of hotels in Chiang Mai, as a 30 year old couple who love to explore culture at a relaxed pace and have a touch of luxury that is affordable, i would highly recommend this hotel! Also shout out to the staff who are super friendly and go out of their way to research & lan for your stay! PS would recommend Passion Cooking class too!

Ein sehr ruhige und schöne Unterkunft. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit gutem Zimmerservice. Der Pool ist auch schön und erfrischend. Es sind zwar eher wenige liegen, aber zur Not kann man auch im Schatten sitzen. Die Frühstückskarte ist auch sehr gelungen und lecker. Man kann dort auch mehrmals bestellen. Sehr gemütlich sind die Betten! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Stadt ist auch zügig erreichbar und zur Not kann man auch für wenig Geld ein Bolt oder Agrar nehmen. Alles perfekt gewesen!

Super friendly welcoming staff, great location close to several markets and the old city. Easy walking when the festivals are on. Provide advice and assistance when requested. Always ready and willing to help. Housekeeping did a great job the room is clean and comfy. Free bike rental.

Lage ist ok, relativ zügig an der Altstadt Bad ist schön designed mit großer Dusche Aufzug praktisch und zuverlässig Bett recht groß und bequem

Unser Gepäck wurde uns nicht abgenommen, so dass wir mit Kind alles selber tragen mussten. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und es fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten Der Pool ist so kalt, dass man mit Kleinkind nicht rein kann Die Klimaanlage hat ein sehr helles Leuchten und ist zudem extrem laut Die Vorhänge dunkeln nicht richtig ab so dass es ab 6 Uhr hell ist Keine Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon - so bringt dieser nichts.

Location.. down dark roads in local area.. got smacked on the bum walking home from 2 men on motor bike even with my boyfriend behind me

The room was always cleaned perfectly each day. Breakfast was a mix of al a carte with some good choices, plus a selection of fruits, breads and coffe/tea etc to help yourself to. The hotel had a really cool boutique feel to it and the staff went out of their way to help you. We had a little issue on the first day, and it was resolved very quickly. Would definately stay again. Great walking distance to old town and all the different markets.

The only thing i would mention - but its also a location thing is that there were a large amount of mosquitos around so you will need spray. Everything else was amazing.

La porta del bagno della stanza non si chiudeva del tutto, questo portava a poca privacy. Vicino alla struttura ci sono dei galli che al mattino iniziano a cantare presto e se non si è abituati possono disturbare

Unfortunately we didn’t had the chance to see the property due to a system clutch while making the booking. The stuff from the property aren’t flexible to help there guests. We running over 7 Years our own property in Australia and have never leave a guest with a problem. At the end they received money, but this property will have a bad KAMA in the future the way how they treat there guests.

They have the ac unit on top of the bed and it was very uncomfortable while sleeping, also the floor tiles in the bathroom was not anti-slip resistance! A bit dangerous for the bathroom

Sometimes the bathroom was smelly but just flushed it a few times and the smell went away.

The staff was great. They were flexible with our early check in. The room had a nice view with a small balcony. We borrowed bicycles and were able to ride around and see many of the sites and markets. The coffee lounge and meeting area are open and inviting. The beds are the best.

The elevator is a little slow and the water fluctuated in the shower. I'm reaching here. Everything was great.

The room was spotless, tea and coffee provided and two bottles of water in the mini fridge. The bed was huge and super comfy I wanted to stay in it all day. The bathroom was a good size and had all the little extras you get at a 5* hotel. I loved my stay, the pool was also an nice little extra.

Nothing all perfect, maybe location was a little out the way

This is the second time that my husband and I stayed at this property. We booked a double room with balcony. The room was light, clean and very comfortable. Great value for money and wonderful service from all staff. Coffee and croissant was offered for breakfast as the restaurant is under refurbishment. The property is an easy walk to the canal and town centre.
