The hotel lived up to expectations Staff were great and could not do enough for you

We did not quite understand what S class all inclusive meant to us so it took us a day or two to work everything out I do not think we should be paying supplements in restaurants when we have paid for the top package.

Bellissima struttura, molto curata e pulita. Ottima posizione per raggiungere qualunque altra zona di Sharm in non più di 20 minuti, e con affaccio diretto su soho square. Personale disponibile e preparato. Buoni i ristoranti ma ottimo Rosmarino per essere un ristorante italiano in Egitto, siamo stati felicemente stupiti. La nostra junior suite era ampia e pulitissima, con un ottimo impianto di termoregolazione. Colazione continentale variegata e abbondante ma poca frutta e nessuna sezione dedicata a celiaci o intolleranti al lattosio.

Servizio in camera lento e ma non provate a chiedere un frullato la sera… si può avere solo a colazione….

Amazing property at an amazing location where you can enjoy snorkelling,scuba diving without going anywhere else. The Hotel’s restaurants foods were delicious.We tried Italian,Sea Food restaurant and Chinese restaurants and we loved all.(Italian was our son’s favorite.) Villa options are super comfortable.You can even check in and out at your Villa.The staff were so professional and helpfull.We want to special thank to Mr Islam for his great efforts. he deal with our breakfast, lunch,dinner, housekeping what ever you need. And Mr Samy at reception,many thanks to him. He always follow our needs. And Mr Makhlouf,thank you a lot for bringing us from Villa to the Airport untill check in point. The holiday was really great with your supports.

If they put one beach bag for guests use it would be great.

Location, facilities, rooms, restaurants and especially the staff. Particular mention to Romany who worked in the breakfast room and at the beach bar, a complete asset to the hotel, an amazing guy.

Everything was beyond expectations. Great location, great staff and amazing facilities.

Excellent location to chill out and relax. The Royal Savoy and it’s staff provided an excellent service to ensure this.

Extremely hot in summer as it is a desert location. If you are a foodie - this is not the place to go as the food though plentiful is not of a high standard.

The room was wide and very useful with good furniture, also the room location was excellent as all the rooms in the Royal section. Its near the pools, beaches and the reception. We likes a lot the room service and the cake that was served daily afternoon at the room. The stuff and the service at the pool was excellent, Mahmoud and Mustafa were very kind and helpful. The beach was cool and relaxing, the stuff was also very good and professional. Mohammad was grate and helpful also Ibram. Emad was kind and professional, at the breakfast and at other facilities in the hotel. We likes a lot the idea to have your own boxes with the drinks filled with ice, also serving different soft drinks and watermelon throughout the day at the beach and at the pool. The lifeguards that sat near the sea, were so kind with peoples and helpful. My birthday was on 24.06 , during my stay. They surprised me with a special birthdays cake and a special room decoration with balloons and flowers. Thank you Royal Savoy for your efforts and the excellent services.

I didn’t like the sweets at the breakfast, less variety with baked cakes.

Spa is a little outdated. Massage was good.

The hotel location was exceptional, with a lovely beachfront and very attentive, helpful and polite staff. Our room was very comfortable, great size and with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was very good with a broad selection on offer.

We found the quality of the restaurants a bit underwhelming for a 5-star resort. The available options were plentiful, especially if you consider the 10+ restaurants in Soho Square (which I understand is part of Savoy group). However (and this is something we noticed on a number of restaurant visits), the quality of the cooking / execution did not necessarily match the expectation (for a 5-star hotel). My personal observation was that while the restaurant menus listed all the dishes one would expect from a Fish/Italian/Greek/etc. restaurant (this building a certain expectation ahead of a visit) the chefs did not actually deliver the end result. For instance… we ordered ‘Fava Santorini’ at Koutouki and we were served a type of a curry sauce, we ordered a Calamari at the seaside fish restaurant and the Calamari was uncooked. The next day we ordered a plate of pasta at the seaside restaurant and unfortunately the dish had not gelled together (i.e. it was a plate of boiled pasta with sauce, but the two had not created a dish of pasta). I hope you do not take this the wrong way, because we really liked our stay at the resort but felt that the food was not up to par and let the experience down a bit, as a result.

We stayed in Royal Savoy, great resort. Especial thanks to Shehab and Mahmoud Hashem of the front desk for the warm welcome, to Pankaj Thakur, Aisha, Chef Samir and Mostafa of the breakfast room who were all smiles and very attentive everytime we come for breakfast, to the staff at the beach and pool, thank you guys. We will definitely go back there and this time with our children and their families.

food choices could be improved. the beef bolognese that we ordered from the room service was dry.
