Resepsiyona ne zaman ulaşmak istesek ulaşabildik. Başlangıçta bir depozito alıyorlar çıkıştı sorunsuz geri verdiler. Odamız ana binaya uzaktı mecburen shuttle kullandık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü ve bahşiş isteyip insanı daralmıyorlar. Mısırda en çok şikayetçi olabileceğimiz bir konu olduğu için bu bakımdan gayet iyiydi.

Ana binaya fazla uzaktı. Odalar daha temiz olabilirdi. Pek içimize sinmedi. Yatağa geçirdikleri çarşaf yarımdı anlamsız bir şekilde, saç kurutma makinesi çalışmadı. Yemek dahil almamıştık bu yüzden yemekler hakkında yorum yapamıyorum.

I loved the room in the Vacation Club. Like a proper studio, it was really nice to stay there.

If you go to Egypt, bring only USD in CASH with you. DO NOT BRING EUR / GBP / do not try to pay with card, it is worth to change at home at a bureaux de change. YOU ARE FORBIDDEN TO PAY ACCOMODATION IN EGP BY THE LAW!! Change a little USD to EGP cash, but try to pay everything in USD CASH (official rate in the bank 33, real rate 52 in early 2024), 1EUR=1USD there. We have received an immediate free room upgrade as they claimed, that the original room had problems with the toilet. The food was really delicious, very high variety and all were good. Coctails were also good. The pool was very clean (the large one was not heated). There were 3 huge tvs in the rooms, we have received 5 beds instead of 3 (4). The beach was at another hotel (JAZ FAYROUZ), 5-6 minutes walk from the reception across the street. Egypt is very safe for tourists, army checkpoints with light armored tanks are everywhere. There are 2x6 lanes on streets full of bumpers, where drivers must drive with max 2-3 km/h. Staff members are very friendly and help in every matter, even outside their responsibilities, don't hesitate to ask them (for) anything. There were a lot of amenities (Shampoo, shower gel), unfortunately not economically friendly (in small packages). Beds were comfortable, especially the double bed. We had a very large Samsung fridge+freezer, filled up with plenty of 1,5 liter water bottles for free - liked it pretty much. There was an ironing board and iron in the room - also not a common thing. IF YOU ORDER EXCURSIONS FROM A 3RD PARTY, DO NOT WRITE THE NAME OF THE HOTEL, BUT JAZ DREAMS, AS IT HAS THE SAME RECEPTION BUILDING AND THEY MIGHT MIX UP WITH ANOTHER HOTEL.

We have paid for 2 bedrooms and received a giant apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 showers / toilets, a very large living room and kitchen, 1 gigantic balcony looking at the pool and a smaller balcony on the other side, at least 100 m2. Unfortunately insulation on the roof was not perfect and numerous pigeons lived there, which loved the pool as well. We could not use one of the rooms and a shower, as we did not really like the odor of guano. There was no internet in the rooms but internet was really good in the lobby. Our rooms was far away from the reception, but instead of using the free shuttle service (08:00-23:00), we walked for having sport. On the first and second day there was no cleaning, and our room looked like as it was cleaned 4-5 months ago. From the 3rd day, there was a really good cleaning.

Il resort viene descritto come un resort 5 stelle ma una volta arrivati in struttura ti rendi conto che non le vale assolutamente. La pulizia per questa struttura è un optional quando dovrebbe essere la base. Polvere ovunque, pipi in prossimità del wc, peli pubici nelle lenzuola, macchie di eiaculazioni sui divani, cucina in condizioni minime igienico sanitarie, doccia e lavabo sporchi.. potrei continuare all'infinito. Per quanto riguarda lo staff la maggior parte assolutamente scortese soprattutto zona reception e ristorante. Sulla sicurezza la camera è minima in quanto presenta pavimentazione danneggiata con crepe anche abbastanza pericolose e serrature degli infissi rotte. Per quanto riguarda il cibo il ristorante presenta sempre le stesse pietanze, a volte per lo più molto scadenti e ripetitive. La spiaggia e la piscina unica cosa minima positiva del resort se non fosse per le sdraio vetuste e danneggiate. Servizio navetta bocciato e dopo le ore 23:00 non è più garantito e quindi si è costretti a fare quasi 1km a piedi. Da evidenziare anche i lavori in corso durante l'orario di pranzo senza rispettare minimamente nessuna regola di buon senso riempendoti di polvere e con i trapani che la mattina alle 8 ti iniziano a dare il buongiorno anche se non voluto. Servizio pulizie in camera totalmente assente. Vacanza assolutamente rovinata da questa struttura che a mio parere non è assolutamente paragonabile ad un resort 5 stelle.

Old , everything (room, toilet, furniture, cleaning, sanitary even telephone wire was loose , doors are almost broken, no no no not a 5 star hotel at all , max 2 stars ⭐️ dinner was not nice with very limited facilities, sweets were too bad, bakery was good
