Outstabding resort! We absolutely loved everything! Staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive. Mr. Pola at the pool bar was beyond amazing! Room was always perfectly cleaned and fixed, food was delicious and atmosphere was great. It was our 3rd stay at the resort and we can strongly say that things are only getting better a d better at Sunrise Arabian Beach. We are super happy about our stay, it was simply perfect!

the staff was impeccable especially I'm talking about the restaurants, the person who cleaned my room, the concierge and anyone I found around the village..
they should improve the reception part slightly, I had communicated and agreed for an early check in but when I arrived at 3am the receptionist wanted me to wait an hour, then the manager made things easier but the way I was welcomed was not the best "that's it now you can sit down and wait" it can be fine after a sleep not before going to sleep
I wanted to extend my stay but I didn't like the receptionist's response so I booked elsewhere, however overall I would recommend the hotel as all the other staff were incredibly exceptional

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, le choix des restaurants à la carte et la gentillesse du personnel (comme Ali au Basilico et Shadi au buffet international). Magnifique plage et joli récif pour le snorkeling…avec des enfants c’est juste dommage que la piscine ne soit pas plus proche de la plage.
Le seul point à améliorer c’est le buffet, midi/soir quasi identique et même lors des soirées à thème.

The corals were good ..not as is Marsa Allam though.Private snorkeling trips are too expensive... Hot drinks better to be more accessible to guest during meal time so not to overwhelm the waiters

snorkeling was amazing with coral right infront of the resort, this did however make the beach unusable as far as traditional beaches go. do not expect to be able to walk in from the sand into the water, to swim you must take the pier over the corals to the deeper area. this is pretty normal in Sharm though. the staff were very good and friendly! food was average, nothing special. rooms were nice and clean

Che vacanza meravigliosa!! Un'accoglienza pazzesca, tutto il personale è sempre presente e di una gentilezza estrema, nessuno escluso. La pulizia è impeccabile ovunque. Sia le piscine, sia la zona spiaggia sono bellissime, come la barriera corallina di fronte alla spiaggia. Buoni i servizi (taxi e spostamenti, escursioni che abbiamo prenotato direttamente in spiaggia con Amedeo, palestra, spa, negozi all'interno del resort). Fantastico Basilico, il ristorante sulla spiaggia. Assolutamente posto incantevole e stra stra consigliato!
Peccato che in spiaggia la parte balneabile sia molto ma molto piccola, sarebbe fantastico se la ingrandissero un po'. L'animazione è piuttosto assente e dedicata principalmente ai turisti russi. Noi abbiamo partecipato a due serate organizzate all'interno del resort ma finiscono troppo presto, alle 11 è tutto spento, consiglierei di farle durare un pochino di più perché sono fantastiche!

Everything was amazing from the actual resort to the food to the staff to the cleanliness. Definitely one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend for families and couples who need a getaway. The staff were unbelievably friendly. They made it their duty to satisfy the clients and were super friendly and were so welcoming.

The entire weekend was perfect. The hotel is set within beautiful gardens with accommodation spread out, with our room close to the private beach. Staff were lovely, so welcoming and always to hand for requests. Food exceeded expectations for an all inclusive.

La qualità del cibo buona nei ristoranti alla carta con prenotazione, nel ristorante a buffet un po meno.
Spiaggia corta con terra invece che sabbia, l'accesso al mare dalla spiaggia non è possibile a causa delle roccie, l'entrata in acqua accessibile solo tramite una passerella e bisognava nuotare in uno spazio ridotto delimitato da boe e con troppa gente.
La piscina dove era permesso l'accesso anche ai bambini troppo affollata e con l'acqua decisamente poco pulita.

Çalışanlarından oteline kadar her çok çok güzeldi. Beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Personel ilgi alakası ve temizliği çok güzeldi. Bu kadar güzel bir otel beklemiyorduk açıkçası.
İnternet belki biraz daha hızlı olabilirdi. Bir de booking üzerinden otelin tanıtımı daha güzel yapılabilir çünkü fotoğrafların cok daha üzerinde bir otel. Yeni bir tanıtım videosu çekilmeli kesinlikle

Semplicemente eccezionale! Il nostro soggiorno presso l'Hotel Sunrise Arabian è stato un'esperienza indimenticabile grazie al servizio impeccabile offerto dal Posh Club.
Abbiamo avuto il privilegio di essere sistemati in una spaziosa e lussuosa junior suite con vista mare su tre lati sulla meravigliosa Shark Bay. La suite era dotata di una doccia e vasca idromassaggio, garantendo il massimo comfort e relax durante il nostro soggiorno.
Lo staff del Posh Club ha reso tutto semplicemente indescrivibile. Ci hanno accolti con un calore genuino e ci hanno fatti sentire come dei veri VIP fin dal momento del trasferimento dall'aeroporto. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione, dalle piscine private alla colazione servita in modo esclusivo.
Dopo anni di viaggi a Sharm El Sheik, possiamo dire con certezza di aver finalmente trovato il luogo definitivo per il nostro soggiorno. L'Hotel Sunrise Arabian e il suo Posh Club sono semplicemente perfetti, e non vediamo l'ora di tornare presto per un'altra indimenticabile vacanza. Non potremmo chiedere di più. منتجع جميل جدا وراقي وتعامل طاقم الخدمة في الفندق وفي كل المواقع ممتاز واخص الأستاذ جمال صالح والأستاذ محمد معوض في الاستقبال علي حسن استقبالهم وترحيبهم بنا شيء جميل جدا والاخ بديع وكافة زملائه في قسم الحقائب وسيارات الجولف دون استثناء الاكل لذيذ ومتنوع في كل الوجبات ويلبي احتياجات الضيوف الترفيه متنوع وجيد اوصي بالإقامة في هذا المنتجع الرائع.

Great experience in this resort, good cooking with five international restaurants (you need booking two darsi in avance by Qr-code) 2 buffets with high- medium quality, so we ate really well, helpul staff, above all Ehab our friend-staff in Waterfall and relaxing pool. The coraline barrier is great and also the numerous swimming pool. Every night something to do in the arena, like spectacule or music. We hope to come back again!
Pasta in italian restaurant is far away from our standards, but you have a lot of options so choose something else!
