The location was superb to say the least. It was in the hard of old Kakopetria. The brekky was really nice. The atmosphere was quite cozy. It was an absolutely value for money location and we'll surely go back there for our next stay in the region. Maria, the owner, was very helpful.

The hostess was very hospitable and helpful, the location is close to Old Kakopetria and the river path (but not inside the Old Kakopetria). Good for a basic stay to explore the area of Kakopetria and near Troodos peak

The Lodge has two locations, our room was away from breakfast room in a different house than tranditional building, balcony overlooking the road rather than in the Old Kakopetria as advertised. Small room for triple occupancy. Basic breakfast , no change for Green Monday!

there was no one at reception for check in make sure you call the number for Check in if you stay there other than that everything else was lovely.

The owner was pleasant and provided helpful assistance, and breakfast was enjoyable, especially the local coffee. The location is perfect, and we were fortunate to receive free parking. Overall, everything was good.

Clean spacious room, with bathtub and fireplace. And nice balcony. Mini fridge and kettle. Breakfast was nice albeit just cold stuff. Some fruits would have been nice to include. Great hospitality and very traditional setting

The mattress was not so comfortable. Fireplace makes some smoke in the room even if you put the wood as back as possible.

Mrs Maria, the host, were amazing, friendly and helpful! The breakfast was simple, but really good! The location was perfect. Ours rooms were 2 minutes walk from the lodge.

It needs a bit of maintenance. we informed the host and she was really polite and considered our feedback.

Maria was such an excellent hostess. The lodge is very traditional in old Kakopetria. You can hear the river running by and there are beautiful flowers around the outside of the lodge. The room was lovely, had a fireplace, central heating, a bath and a small fridge. Very homely. Breakfast was continental with a selection of cold meat, cheese, salad and toast. What I did miss was something hot like bacon and eggs. Nothing is too much trouble, Maria is a very lovely friendly lady.

Quintessentially Cypriot accommodation, from a bygone era. Thankfully, not modernised or commercialised. Loved the beamed rooms, shutters and attached terrace of our junior suite. Comfortable bed, nicely appointed bathroom.

The location was brilliant with free parking. it was a 10min walk to the little town, so didn’t need to use the car. The people were helpful and friendly and the included breakfasts were appreciated. We loved our stay in our 300 year old apartment.

Charming, rustic room in the center of the old town. Easy parking. Loved that we could go everywhere on foot once there. Staff were very helpful!!

Since there are no chairs in the room, it would have been nice to have extra pillows to be able to sit up in bed comfortably and watch TV.

Breakfast hours (8-10am) for hikers are definitely too late as you need to get an early start in this region in order to escape the heat of the day.

Authentic village atmosphere and entourage, spacious room, big bath, lovely hostess, good breakfast.

Tough and uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. As a result I had pain in back and neck after sleep.

Host, Maria was lovely. Located in the old town it was incredibly scenic and peaceful. Rooms were beautiful, very clean and tidy. And the breakfast went above an beyond expectations! There was everything from eggs, to a variety of traditional cheese and even local fruits.

Sofa bed needs replacing.
