The property itself is nice, large rooms, great view.

However, it is not very clean, we had no hot water, although it has a kitchen there was no cutlery. The stuff doesn‘t speak English at all, they claimed that we didn‘t pay for the stay, although we did and provided proof for that

I booked the property as it was close to the hospital my partner unfortunately ended up in after an accident as it was within walking distance for visiting, however for anyone else I would highly recommend as a great base for sightseeing the area. Excellent links into Florence and beyond. The apartment was clean, had everything I needed and in a quiet location with wonderful views which we made the most of once my partner was discharged.

Only had a coffee machine, would have liked a kettle, but once I ran the hot water through it a few times I could make a decent cuppa

The co-ordinators- Elizabeth and her colleague were very approachable and lovely. They also let us extend our check out. They were very helpful in booking taxis. The flat is very clean and has all the ameneties needed. It was in a very nice location, and looks much better in real life.

Nice location, but be prepared to either have a car or just take buses - taxis were impossible to find!! I tried ordering one a few times but kept getting cut off or misunderstood. The bus into Florence was super easy though. The property itself has secure parking, comfy bed, lovely living area, all the amenities you could desire really!! Like a self contained little flat, it was lovely. Comprised of a hallway, shower room/toilet (with washing machine), kitchen, large sitting room & double bedroom. Ironing board and iron included, couldn’t find a kettle but there was a coffee machine.

The check in lady was lovely, really tired hard to overcome language barriers and answered all our queries. Only downside was that nobody was there to check us out so we sat & waited for over half an hour before just leaving the key in our room and giving up, we tried calling but the phone just rang in the empty reception desk/box. It felt like a let down to what had otherwise been a good stay.
