ルームサービスへの許容が寛大で、2人子連れのワンオペには大変ありがたかったです。 ソリやショベルなどの道具をお借りして、毎日中島公園で雪遊びを満喫できました。地下鉄や空港へのアクセスも良かったです。

雪遊びをするので毎日バスタブに浸かりたくて、子供達が小さいためシャワーとバスタブ別のお部屋をわざわざ予約したにもかかわらず、肝心のバスタブが２日目から掃除されていなかったため、3泊25万のお部屋代が悔やまれました。

房間內空調屬於舊式，只能調整風量大小，無法設定溫度！所以感覺很熱時只好關掉空調。

スタッフさんの応対がテキパキとしており好感度はとても高かった。

少し部屋が狭く感じた。 ブッキングコムの案内の中でお部屋の写真の掲載がなかったので少し心配でしたが、その不安は少し当たってしまってました。 今後、、お部屋の写真の掲載もお願いします。

Free beer provided if we opt not to clean the room .. ha ha good gesture but we ordered 3 cans of green tea & 3 cans of chocolate milk didn’t arrive .. 😅

Location of the hotel is excellent. Nice view of garden from the room.

The location is quite near the downtown area, where has many Ramen restaurants and shops. One unforgettable experience is the staffs in the hotel are super nice. We bought a melon that we don't have tools to cut. The hotel staff helps us to take to the kitchen and cut. And then send to our room and serve us with all necessary dishes and forks.

The location was convenient. The subway entrance is just beside the hotel. It was very central; we walked to Nijo Market, Tanukiji Shopping Alley, Odori Park, Sapporo TV Tower, Susukino...the Nagajima Park in the backyard is soothing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is big and inviting. The room is big enough to open two luggages and the bathroom is comfortable.

Could be more generous when comes to amenities. I paid for two pax, but my travel buddy couldn't come along last minute. However, the receptionist told me they can't give me the mineral bottle that belongs to my travel buddy since I am the only checked-in guest. However, I paid for everything in two pax.

The hallways carpet is kinda very old. Need to replace it.

We love the location as it is a short walk to the train station and there is ample parking space for cars. The room size is decent and comfortable.

This hotel does not offer Onsen facility, a big disappointment for us. Guests are also expected to pay for parking at the end of their stay.
