The refrigerator in the room was not cold at all and all the rooms have the same refrigerator which actually not refrigerator at all . No room service after 10pm nothing the closed

Great location, comfortable beds and very helpful staff. Laundry and gym on site. There was a mix up with the booking the first night and the staff member (Quinhan?) was fantastic in finding alternative accommodation in the middle of the night and escorting us there.

The location was excellent. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The last order at the restaurant was at 2130 hours which was a bit inconvenient. Also no room service after 2200 hours.

The bedroom was lovely comfortable bed nice powerful shower and a nice view!!!

From the room I had beautiful view on Pudong, Shanghai tower. Further breakfast was good, as the location.

Location is perfect, easy to get transportation from/to airport and other tourism attractive area . Many restaurants and shopping place around the hotel. Room clean and comfortable, the staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful

Very close to Nanjing Road. A lot of shop and restaurant nearby. Room was new, good-sized, with big TV, has a view of Nanjing road from the room.

The dressing area and wash basin was outside the shower room and toilet room.

Location, customer service and laundry facilities

The layout of the showroom and basin area. There is no place to hang up/put the dry clothes, and change clothes on dry floor. It’s very bad design.

Badezimmer müssen dringend renoviert werden, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, angeblich zentrale Regelung. wir hatten nachmittags 28 und nachts 24 Grad im Zimmer bei Außentemperatur von 3 - 14 Grad! Frühstück für europäische Touristen nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

It was central and there were many shops and restaurants close by.

The internet was horrible. It was disconnecting many times. The breakfast was a scam. When you arrive after 9, they won’t refill the drinks. I had to take the barrel and tilt it to get some juice. The staff were just watching and not offering any help.

It’s very convenient and just 5 minutes away from the walking street. Also worth explore the nearby eateries, you will be pleasantly surprised :)

We were hoping to have a bigger room but that was due to we have more luggages.

In regards to the breakfast areas, as it’s in the lobby, the wind or draft from the cold air outside drifted in causing the food to turn cold quickly. Also, the cutlery especially the plates and mugs were placed at the low shelves causing the guests having to bend to retrieve the wares. It would also have been good to have pancakes, hash browns. We would have also preferred the room to be carpeted instead of a having a small rug beneath the bed.

Walking distance to many good eateries. The bed was comfortable. The view from hotel room was super.

The bathroom is open concept. Not suitable to share room with friends. There is no changing area and no door partition.
