Nothing to like except locations, 1st day gone only room changes,my family was so happy that we live two night at ship but they gave very very bad experience on polo flotel

Lack of warmth Guest lift is used by service staff with uncooked meat etc.

The ground staff like housekeeping was good and that’s about it.

Horrible service and false advertisement of property. Rooms were nowhere close to the pictures posted on their website. Maneesha in the reception area was rude and unprofessional. Toilet was overflowing, bed linens had blood stain, dirty linens were used and extra mattress which I paid 1000 rupees a night plus taxes looked like it was picked off the street. Room didn’t have any basic amenities like hanger, blow dryer or bath soap. Hand wash was in the shower stall.

Stay over the river Ganges was exciting with us. Rooms were large size with river side balcony. Bathrom was clean with sufficient space. Buffet breakfast with wide variety was just superb. Staff were also polite and very helpful.
