Large well laid out suite with all the facilities we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was an easy walk into town and down to the river.

Although it was not a problem to us , staff were on site only until 5pm and as a result locked the swimming pool at that time. There were several families wanted to use the pool later than this and argued with the staff that they had paid for the facility and paid Easter holiday rates so management should provide the necessary staff. The poor staff member could only say that she was doing as instructed by management.

Vending machine took my money and didn’t give goods and no number to call and reception didn’t have a number either

location was great. centrally located supermarket within walking distance, and many good cafe shops close by

there wasn't any instruction for return keys before 8am (reception open at 8am)

It was close to places we wanted to visit but also the rooms felt open but there was enough privacy me and my partner to be away from other guest

The keys seemed to not function a large part of the time. Additionally, car park was narrow making it hard to enter and leave.
