It was very cosy

There didn’t seem to be a parking voucher in the room on the kitchen bench.

The property location was ideal, close to all amenities. Directions to the property was straight forward, access was made simple, and it had off street parking close by.
Comfier chairs in the dining/lounge area would have been nice. The sound from the TV was loud and tinny.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to everything.
Arm chairs not relaxing to sit in and no coffee table to put drinks and food on. Nowhere to store snacks, cereal etc.
Could not look out of the windows, they were both heavily frosted so it felt very closed in.
There were only 2 car parks for 4 apartments so it was hit and miss to get a car park.
The toilet was behind frosted glass right next to the kitchen bench and the wall didn't go to the ceiling so it was not at all private.

car parking not clear. TVs too high. understand the niche look but it felt it was done to make the apartments cheap to do up.
didn’t like bathroom as wasn’t a sealed room and attached to kitchen.
advertising felt like it had a clothes washer but didn’t.

it was spacious and it included everything we needed for our short stay.
windows was frosted and no views. however, it’s such a minor issue, loved the space and everything that was included

Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good location within CBD.
Lighting was poor and light over bathroom sink did not work. Reported this but no action taken. Car parking was limited and a juggling act. Toilet next to kitchen was unexpected. Seating arrangement for watching TV was uncomfortable.

exceptionally quiet. loved authentic elements of the apartment. shower was brilliant. highly recommend.

The place was obviously conceived as hip and happening and in a great location, central to the town centre and restaurants, but the downsides out weighed the good bits. Funky interior, but not to our taste.
Frankly we felt overwhelmed by the amount of "pre stay" emails or contact from either booking.com and/or the establishment. We were travelling and it became a total annoyance. Once we had established how to collect the keys and received the code all was good, but accessing the keys via the box wasn't easy, maybe the key safe needed some attention.
It appeared that we were the only people to shut and lock the access gate after every entry/exit, as the adjoining legal chambers and who ever, left the gate open at every opportunity.
Particularly disliked the fact the bathroom, although it was screened off, was located in the kitchen/eating area, unhygienic to say the least and feel sure it contravenes some health & safety law?

only 2 car parking spaces between 4 units. wasn’t a big deal 5he weekend we were there but a busy week day could be a problem.

This was a lovely eclectic apartment- really close to everything in the City - and quite quiet even though we were on the main road.

Loved the spacious rooms. The roll top bath & the dual shower we’re fabulous.
There was a lot of street noise especially in the lane way that shared other business premises.
