The apartment was clean, it was warm, comfortable and quiet. The apartment was serviced during the day - I wasn't expecting that. It's a nice place to stay.
The instructions, and rules were overwhelming. I was required to upload my ID and register a profile on their own website. They charged me a $1000 hold deposit for the two night stay. I would have preferred to know about this upfront. I selected the pay later option expecting to make the payment the week before but it was randomly taken a few months ahead of time. It was quite shocking when I received the phone call about the $1000 hold deposit, after I'd already paid my non-refundable $1100 for two nights. Later after reading the novel about the rules and regulations, that enormous deposit is only for mildura and broken hill residents. Travellers from other postcodes pay only $300. I would have liked to know this before I booked. I felt a bit cheated. Lots of threats of fines for call outs and parking fines was very off putting and not in the spirit of hospitality I am accustomed to. Having said all of that the apartment was very pleasant.

Elegant and stylish apartment. Nice size verandah to sit out on. Fully equipped with all needs. Great location.
Car park was not directly outside. Difficult if taking large suitcase back and forth.

The rooms are tired and look old. The carpet is dirty. Everything was spent on the reception area, money would have been better spent on the rooms.

It was central to the main streets in Mildura and a short walk from the river. The King bed was great - really comfortable - giving us a good nights sleep.
We appreciated the availability of the laundry for use.
No kitchen facility in the room meant that we had dishes sitting around until the cleaners came in …

The only let down was the $500 bond that they hold for any accidental damages. Would be great if they can change or get rid of the bond.

location is great close to shops restaurants
we were only sent a text the day before to say the regular off street safe parking was unavailable
and construction work in the building went until after 10 pm and started up again at 5 am
do with little sleep we left early
when i rang the staff they apologised but offered no compensation
also the blanket in the room was stained with lipstick i only noticed after the staff had left and couldnt get a fresh one
this is the second time dirty linen has been in the rooms

Loved the location. Very central and close to eating places. Plenty of room within the apartment. Great to have a balcony, however it was difficult to find a time to sit out there as it was extremely noisy (traffic noise)
Lack of fresh air and light. We found the light in the apartment was very dull. We had the door to the balcony open when we were in the apartment but it was extremely noisy with traffic noise.

room a little dark no sick even though there is a microwave and washing up liquid ect
the blanket was dirty which the staff replaced straight away
the bathroom sick had not been cleaned properly
we were also given the wrong security codes to get into the building
