Location was excellent and easy walk to shops. Extra toilet roll and sheets and towels freshly laundered. Washing machine supplied with powder.

Shower was a little small

Bottles of cold water were provided and tea and coffee…otherwise the convenient kitchen was ideal to prepare breakfast and lunch also if we were close to the accommodation. it was easy to arrange the furniture in the sitting room similar to what is set up at home to watch the TV. Hot water was via a gas on demand system and worked well and efficiently. On arrival it was warm and welcoming and very clean with comfortable bedding.It was a very convenient stay. The host was open and friendly; any query was attended to promptly.

Electric blankets, although supplied, were not fitted. The gas heater in the main room was a challenge for the first day, the instructions on the heater itself were a little difficult to read but once mastered was perfectly satisfactory. No instructions were left for wifi internet connection were provided on arrival but was soon remedied on request . It worked well.the bathroom shower and toilet were a little cramped and in need of an update.

Location very convenient to shops, walk by the river, etc. Beds were comfy. good shower and private garden space. Washing machine easy to operate. Air conditioning worked well.

We had noisy neighbours over the weekend. Cutlery and crockery need updating and increasing. Couldn't play DVD's we had brought and no clock, or WIFI. Found lighting made reading difficult. Dining chairs uncomfortable.

The size of the unit was great, the facilities were good, it had everything you need. It was very easy to check in and check out. It was very neat and tidy and the bed and linen were comfortable.

The evaporative air-conditioning was unable to cope with the heat. Granted it was 40 degrees but it was still uncomfortably warm inside which isn't great for a holiday. A few split systems are definitely needed for summer.

This is a 1980's two bedroom flat; it is spacious and well lit with large windows. It has adjacent covered parking and a small, neat, private lawned backyard with clothesline, table chairs and BBQ. It is not your typical motel box-like accommodation. One can relax and enjoy the quiet neighbourhood and walk two blocks to shops and facilities.
