The quiet environment and great locations, nearby the airport, hospitals, and business area. Also quite close to the Metro, but the Metro length is only less than 20 KM. The reception staffes, in particular Abhishek and the girl who I forget her name are very helpful and polite. The breakfast is quite normal but they are working hard to provide the best service for the guests. I like the fruits and the plain omelette.

In the cold winter, the room has a cold feeling. The smoking smell in the room made me feeling dizzy.

For the money they ask for, this hotel miserably fails to deliver. The food and breakfast is standard but the rooms are very small, room service, reception, and housekeeping is horrible. The managers pretend to listen but have to be reminded of the same thing at least 5 times. It's extremely ill managed and a complete waste of money!

Fairly clean with decent rooms.

This hotel has policies that discriminate against guests booked with a meal plan. Before dinner, the F&B Manager informed us that as MAP Plan guests, we were restricted from having mutton & prawn items from the buffet spread. Apparently, these were only for flying/ external guests coming in for 'only dinner.' Guests on MAP Plan could have this only by paying an additional Rs 500 + taxes per head. The noise of the toilet being flushed in the adjacent guest rooms is so loud that it wakes you from sleep. You can hear all the conversation in the next room too. The corridor phone next to the rooms meant for house keeping keeps ringing all day and is a constant annoyance.
