The location and staff were amazing, courteous and helpful.

They charged an extra 3% on card payments, unlike any other hotels. The breakfast menu is limited.

The place is so nice and peaceful and very near to the markets and restaurants, also the double six beach is very near. Was happy to have stayed at Kusuma

We were very satisfied with our stay at Kusuma Resort, But I had never been to Bali before so I don't know how it compares to other resorts/hotels. 15 mins walk to the beach and 15 mins to a big supermarket/department store with e.g. German bread and French cheese. Can't comment on the meals as we didn't eat there. Rooms were done every day if you wanted.

There were not many other guests, no other children apart from ours. So it was quiet, which could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what kind of holiday you want. But basically no complaints.

It's a quiet spot. We met a friendly cat so we called her babies. super great place to stay. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Last day we got stuck in traffic as they were winding down for nyapi day and roads closed. We had late check that was very helpful.

Can't fault much than that the pool was too warm.

Location was amazing! A hidden gem in a peaceful lane way only minutes from all the main streets and beach. Really comfy beds and Netflix on TV

The shower caused the bathroom to flood and the drains had a smell of sewerage. I must add that it was very clean just the smell was off putting.

old style furnishings, run down, old doors with keys that needed to be removed from the power system to lock/unlock the door, wiring visible, hot water system was way too hot! too much light entering the room at night due to the window above the door. not all items replenished when cleaned

huge rooms and spacious gardens with a beautiful pool, quiet and peaceful. staff are polite and helpful.

Very large room and the bed was very comfortable too.

Old bathroom, there was not a box for the shower, so after bath, the whole bathroom was wet. There was not hand towel.

Dated rooms needs some work doing to it and limited restaurants at hotel. Very noisy occupants in next room!!

Very friendly staff, easy and simple check in. Room was located just next to the pool. Staff very obliging.

Close to double six beach (about 10 minute walk)

Room was dirty! There was dirt & bugs all over the room. The sheets had blood stains on them. I had to go ask for new sheets and these sheets also had small stains. Run down and old facility.
