I like the location. It is near SM Clark and Puregold Duty Free; and it is also near the commercial hub of Clark where restaurants are located. Breakfast is also very good with a wide variety of dishes. Swimming pool, I truly enjoyed it especially the bubbles.

The service in this hotel is just bad.. starting with sales/marketing being unreliable, front desk being incompetent, restaurant staffs all being slow and for management who can't seem to handle dispute concerns which I have encountered personally with their staffs and employees.

Nicole was an excellent staff member, very helpful I liked the happy hr snacks and drinks

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The villa we stayed in was top notch. Facilities were amazing. Wish I had discovered this sooner.

The hotel missed to put the bear that I ordered which was supposedly a birthday surprise for my daughter when we enter the room. But it was sorted out eventually.

I like most the people, starting from Jason at front desk, Ghin, and those servers / waiters in the restaurant at breakfast (sorry, I’ll get your names next time) and dinner. They are great personalities who best represent the above par quality service of Quest Hotel. Keep up the excellent work and service, team Quest. 👍

Those at the restaurant who got the list of guests to avail of breakfast. I was a bit off on the first breakfast day, 17th, when I was told by the staff at the reception that my room rsvn was only for packed breakfast. When it was made clear at front desk when I checked in that I have 2 more pax for dine-in. And it caused some delay, there were guests behind me then, since she had to re-check the list. I suggest that there should be a better way to “communicate” such a misunderstanding without necessarily making the guest feel awkward (like how i felt then).

My family was thoroughly impressed by their unmatched hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to cater our needs. The lounge staff, including Chelsea, Nichole, Emmanuel, and Bernard, were particularly exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service that made us feel like we are valued guests. The rooms were cozy and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotels amenities, such as the pool and children's play area, were also top-notch. I highly recommend Quest Plus Clark and we can't wait to come back!
